My ability to strain through a maximal lift is so much greater than just a couple months ago, I can hardly believe it. Once I lifted the weight off tonight, the way I had the chains rigged gave me almost all their weight - about 400lbs total load at the top. Gripper strength is now also, yet again, better than ever.
