I almost enjoy the Ab Cramps, it's like ,my reward for a good ab work out, besides my abs look really good when they are cramping :LOL:

Same! I guess it's the human bodies self triggered ab workout. Mine get super sore the next day after an ab cramp.
 
I've gone thru a few bottles of this over the years, the OG orange is still my favorite. I do still see Monte posting on Facebook.

Notes: The wife and I went out to eat with some friends last night, I had deicide ahead of time that I was going to keep my diet on track, I ordered a Greek Salad and a Small Sandwich and enjoyed them very much. At the end of diner Nicole surprised us with some Chocolate Chip Cookies stuffed with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. You may remember about a month ago Nicole had her daughter (a pastry chef) make me a birthday cake. Needless to say the diet took a hit!! There were two of them!

I notice you do hyperextensions a lot, do you feel that helps your lower back a lot? Mine has been acting up some lately, I rarely do them but thinking about re incorporating and the end every time.
 
@akboom87 I read one time every thing you do for abs you should balance out with same for lower back, other wise the abs will become stronger and "pull" on the lower back causing increased lower back pain. I do abs one day and lower back the next and I work each of them 3 days a week. I do have lower back pain, but I think at my age it is to be expected.

As for RXS - We’ve felt the hit on supply chain struggles. We were having issues getting all ingredients imported at a reasonable cost and that has really impacted our ability to get product back on the shelves. I hoping later this year we’ll have a Radiate resurgence.

Good information, I appreciate it!! My lower back has always seemed to take a hit for me, 6’2 and a long torso back in the day I definitely didn’t do it any favors. My inversion table used to really help me out but I haven’t had it in a year maybe 2 now.

Same here! I only take 1 day off of not doing anything. Other days i'm either lifting or doing some type of cardio.
