I think you should consider forgoing the Epistane the first month. That way when you get to the last month you aren’t already feeling rough. Gains will likely be similar in the end but it won’t be as harsh.

That’s kinda my thought process. You don’t want to get through a month of Epistane and think, man, I can’t even handle any more heavy lifting - and now you are facing down a boost from Msten or SD. I haven’t had an issue in the past but now my joints are very finicky.That’s kinda my thought process. You are better off stacking it in the last month so if it treats you poorly it’s only 4 weeks. Epistane is an especially variable response drug. You hear more different things from different doses, brands, & users than almost anything else out there.

Thinking 4ml or Ursa with 20 pumps of Epichaos100…then 10 pumps Helios100 when it arrives, a little triton pwo and some Stanogen on heavy day. God that’s a lot, we’ll see

Press day on my first day back from vacation. Happy with the 295 single. Cambered multigrip feels great with my shoulder. Did some JM presses with it and it hit the tris hard.

Not sure where you are, but GGT is not commonly reported for most complete metabolic panels I’ve seen here in the US. Stupid simple with massive results. The lat engagement recruited just from doing this is night and day. A fucking toe man!

This is true, I like where your heads at.You haven’t maxed out those DBs until you can row for 20+ Reps/side for more than 1 set, trust me!
