Hit a bench pr in pct! I’m stoked! After that I decided to switch it up and have some fun. I’m sore right now and it’s great.
@Hyde had posted about buying thick grip dumbbells and I thought “damn I bought fat gripz, I should use them”, made for a really different type of workout. I ended with annihilating the old triceps.
