Off to a rough start here, paid extra for a Villa so I could have my own space, check in and grocery delivery was supposed to be at 4 but we just got our groceries and checked in our room about 45min ago. Room is fukin awesome tho. Separate bedroom with a hot tub, full kitchen a living room dining room ect.

Cooked up a dozen scrambled eggs and a lb of ground beef with taco seasoning and chopped up a bunch of veggies and made wraps, ate 1280 calories to put me at 2015cal for the day. Now gotta head back out to the park for a Halloween thing. Will probably eat another meal at midnight when we get back. Already did over 15,000 steps today and got about 5 hours of walking ahead of us.

Diet plan is half out the window. My only concern is getting my 3000 calories today and tomorrow I can plan better after a good night's sleep.

The knee is killing me too lol

It isn't the physical size of the file (dimensions). It is the amount of information in the file (usually)

Yeah I've never had that happen with a pic, that I have taken with my phone, but have had it happen several times with a pic downloaded from the web. So screenshot should've done it 🤷‍♂️ Odd

The Halloween thing last night sucked me right in lol, I had a s'mores ice coffee, 3 Micky ice cream bars and I lost track of how many Reese's I ate lol. But I'm getting everything back on track today lol. Breakfast was light

No parks today, my knees are sore as fluck. Sending the kids to the pool. Going to go find the gym and do back and biceps, then hop in the jacuzzi and maybe get a massage later.

Tomorrow I'm taking eclipse to the parks for some pictures and il see what else I can come up with

It actually crushed his estrogen so hard that his joints completely dried out and he can no longer stand, but because he refuses to quit he just keeps applying more

This is what I seem to maintain right now with trt, I'm really hoping once I get on a decent cycle/blast I can pack some size back on without getting fat again. Im hoping to put 20lbs on over the winter and be fairly lean so next summer when I'm back down to around 200lbs il be bigger and leaner then ever. Current bw is only 192lbs at the moment.

Walking in the gym il get back to you guys later tonight

We went to a burger and sushi place in universal called cowfish. It was tasty but super greesey. Everyone is kinda gross feeling right now lol

We might be cutting today short, one of my kids doesn't feel good. But we have more park stuff Thursday. Before the week is over I will email you all the photos with the bottle in them

So at this point I believe I'm 17 days in with this product. I originally mentioned that the little pre existing gyno lumps were feeling different to the touch and there has been no changes in that since. I did a extra 2 pumps today for 7 total and will continue with 7 till I get back home Friday night/Saturday morning and will go to 10 at that point.
.I originally mentioned some stiff sore joints (knees, ankle's, shoulders ext) the knees and ankles seem to be getting worse, But, I'm doing a rediculous amount of walking through the parks every day and I think that is more likely the reason behind that. I will keep a eye on that more next week when I have eliminated the variables by going back to my normal daily routine.

I've weighed myself here today and it looks like BW is staying the same but this is not the scale I normally use. So il check that again Saturday morning when I'm back to my regular scale to see what the changes are.

Even tho I'm a little burnt out and not sleeping great here, my energy, mood and sex drive are all really good. Small increase in acne but I'm sweating a lot being that it's pretty hot here and I'm walking 20k steps a day. So that could be a variable as well.

I like to eliminate variables when judging a product so next week I will be able to give more accurate explanation of what's doing what.

No complaints about the product at all so far. Will try to get some really good pictures with the product for nos and the boys Thursday on my last park day.

Just did a abbreviated push workout.
Machine chest press, incline db press, db shoulder press, side laterals, close grip bench and rope pressdowns. All for 4 sets of 20,15,12,8 and a drop set or 2 thrown in the mix. Shoulders are showing more def in the front and side delts for sure and got a decent pump

What's your guys opinion on they way I'm looking vs how I should go about my diet. I know I'm not ripped but I'm fairly lean and pretty vascular. So when vacation is over in a few days should I
A. Stick around maintenance calories for the remainder of the products log with a few cheats here and there like I've been doing.
B. Cut some more body fat
C. Start my winter bulk early. Which for me would mean adding 200 calories every time the scale hasn't moved in 7 days

I vote for C. and live a little. Winter bulk since the holidays are coming up and then you can start your cut in 2022 :)

Everyone kinda got sick the other day and the kids still not great today so we didn't go on as many rides as planned. (No roller coaster pic sorry) but once we get home and go through the vacation pics I will email nos the good ones.

Until then I got this for ya. My son built a $200 light saber and the handle detached. Made a quick replacement lol

Packing up and heading home tonight. Gonna have a lot of unpacking to do, jobs to schedule and gotta fill the fridge and meal prep all by Sunday afternoon so I'm probably not gonna have time to update today or tomorrow, but il be back in touch Sunday with updates and pictures. ✌👉

I guess that would make sense, if the eclipse was making the tissue more fatty instead of solid and the flashpoint bring down some inflammation and burn the fat.

If the eclipse ends up seeming like it helps I plan on ordering more once it's readily available and adding 60mg of raloxefine with it to tag team these titties into a submission hold
I've heard people talk about topical Raloxifene for gyno reduction? U ever heard if this?

It could work, since Ralox with any type of administration has a high binding affinity to breast tissue. Don't know what benefits the topical Ralox would offer though, other than maybe getting by with lower dose, if it has a localized effect.

Serms don't lower E2 and 60 mg of oral Ralox should occupy the receptors in breast tissue effectively. But yeah if it has a localized effect, one could take less of it and have less of what ever other effects of Ralox they'd want to avoid.

It blocks estrogen in some tissues and actually acts like a estrogen in other tissues. I've never fully understood serms but I know raloxefine shrinks my gyno when it flares up. 60 for 2 weeks followed by 30 for 4 weeks usually does the trick. I have seen ppl need as much as 120mg a week for 6 weeks to reverse it back to a non noticable place and others get no relief out of it.

If I currently don't have a flare up and start a cycle then 30mg a day during the cycle works to keep it at Bay, I've even used 15 a day for that purpose but it's kinda borderline on if it's helpful at that dose for preventive measures
