Today was a rest day. I spent the day with my mom and dad. While driving back to the city my knees started to feel exceptionally achy. I applied my dose of Helios directly to them tonight. This is problematic as tomorrow is my squat day and I just got my new Cerberus belt to try out. Hopefully the morning will bring some relief.

Stretch your hips and mash your hamstrings, and roll it bands and calves for good measure. Always need that to properly recover from 2+ hour car rides, movement-wise. It’s the hamstrings getting locked up most likely. Movie-goers syndrome, as it’s called.

You could always try lighter boxsquats too if knees aren’t having proper squats? Just ideas. Knees are where I put Helios as well.

Wife and I just got back from an hour walk(2.5miles~) with the dogs, already feeling looser. I’m definitely gonna do some stretching and hit my legs hard with the gun before and possibly during my session.
About this belt. I feel like an idiot but do pull both straps from opposite sides to tighten or just use one like a normal belt? Thing feels awesome btw

Squat day today, decided to add a little extra firepower to my workout so I added 1ml Stanogen to the mix. Damn, that was a great idea. Endurance and stamina the whole time. Got my new Cerberus belt thanks to @Hyde and I honestly wish I bought one sooner. Whole lower back feels like it’s wrapped in a warm compress and everything felt great. I’m even able to use my inzer overtop when I want the extra support.
Squats went great working up to 225 as laid out with my lower max in place. 225x10 slow and paused at the bottom to end my working sets. I decided for my FSL set I was going to try and see how many reps I could due without breaking form. I hit 20 reps at 175 and that’s a volume pr! Did some lunges using the leverage squat and moved onto ssb box squats. These felt awesome using a super wide stance and exploding off my bench. Added a pair of red micro minis for my working sets and then did band stomps to end it.
I’m waking up at around 203lb, my upper body especially is looking “juicy”. I really have no negative sides to note. I’m excited for next week as I anticipate feeling the hdrol especially in the strength department. Achy knees have subsided. I spent about 10min really working my legs with the gun before even heading down to workout.

Nice session & glad the belt is dope as promised. Yeah you pull both straps from each side towards each other - the first velcros to the belt and the second strap velcros atop the first. The logo will be on top/outside when fastened completely.

I do that with supplements sometimes, but always get anxious when waiting for lifting equipment. But, you get new equipment at the same frequency I get supplements, so I can see that happening lol

Hell ya man, it’s nice to have the ability to do those things for sure. I’d be snatching up a bunch of equipment too, but folks around me think their WalMart bench is worth commercial prices 🙄.

Morning weight- 206lb (up about 8lb)
Shoulder day today, I got bad sleep last night as one of my dogs was sick so I was up most of the night letting her outside. Still had a nice session but the lack of sleep didn’t help. Mixed it up a bit on the accessory work. Next week is my 1’s week so we’ll see how that goes. Here’s what I’m currently looking like less than 2 weeks in. I’m definitely looking like a little bloated.

I’m think of bumping the dien to 125-150mg starting Monday. I just don’t know if the sides will outweigh the benefits? I love how much I wanna eat on this. Thoughts?

It killed my appetite after a while, and the orals will too eventually. I would let it ride as is. Remember, more drugs are coming and things take time.

All doses will remain the same with exception of 100mg Stanogen on training days.
Bench today and despite being exhausted after a 32hr work weekend I felt strong. After my flat benching I got a surge of energy like no other. I decided to take advantage and go for some heavier volume work on incline. Went with 8’s upping the weight just enough to know I could get it with some left in the tank. By the time I got to 185 it was evident that 12 reps was attainable so I hit 8 and then went for 5’s. I posted a video of when I got to 225. It was hot as hell in the dungeon to day as it’s about 95 outside and after incline I was dripping sweat. Ending the session with my new pec dec, it hits the chest perfectly. The gym is almost complete. I’m super stoked

Sorry man. If you really did get heat stroke you need to give your kidneys a chance to process everything out - your body will not see the days off training as off time. Push those fluids and electrolytes!

Another rest day. I got a heat rash on my shoulder that itches like hell so I took Benadryl last night and this morning. Definitely not feeling like training is in my best interest.
On a positive note I’ve received half of my reverse hyper with box 2 set to be delivered later so maybe I’ll get to work assembling that.

Back pumps are almost debilitating. Halodrol has hit me. That’s when I know it’s the good good haha. Workout went great I just had to take longer rests between sets of rackpulls. Strength is definitely there and once I’m back to 100% I’ll really push it.
Soooo I got to do one set of reverse hypers but now I’ll be waiting on a new bearing. The casing on one was cracked and completely split on my 3rd set. Pretty annoying but Titan is already taking care of it so it’s whatever. First time ever doing hypers and I love them. Can’t wait for the replacement part.

Sounds like a Titan experience. I still use them, but it’s still to be expected - they always make it right though.

Yeah I mean they’re customer service is great. Supposed to ship it out tomorrow. Not the end of the world.

This workout could’ve been better if I didn’t take this pwo with arachnid acid, that stuff is definitely not for me. The strength was there and im stoked about the 225x2 but I felt so much stronger. My joints just felt like they were locking up. Definitely the pre as I’ve tried it once before and same thing. It’s in the supplement auction if anyone wants to trade. Just not for strength training.
In all I feel great and I really like how I’m feeling going into week 3. Today was supposed to be legs but I’m going to staying at my in-laws dog sitting on Sunday by myself so I’m gonna hit the leg press at the local la fitness for a change. Here’s a pic I was feeling extra pumped today. Shirts are super tight right now.

Just got done at really budget la fitness. I don’t miss commercial gyms. I did however use the leg press which I need haha. I also did some ohp because I could, just worked up to 185x3 are my squats. Squats felt great, zero pain, nice and fast. Threw in some heavy-ish singles after my working sets. Pretty good session but I won’t be getting a membership any time soon I don’t think.

Work has been super busy which means lots of

Not the best week of training with this crazy work schedule but I did what I could. People are starting to comment on my size, which always feels good. I’m heading into week 4 and I feel like everything is starting to hit pretty damn hard and other then some bp issues in the evening at times I feel great. Weight is still at 209lb. Starting this week as work life goes back to normal I’m going to turn up the workouts as best I can.
Tried to hit shoulders today but I was dragging too hard and just didn’t have it in me. Might do some accessory work tomorrow if I’m feeling up to it. Summer is a tough time to train hard when my business is at its busiest. On the plus side I’m able to buy myself nice meats to eat! Got ribeye to grill on Sunday.
