Rackpulls
3x165/205/250/290/330(adjusted TM)
5x315
5x245x2/10x245/5x245

Db rows
8x60x2
6x80/90/105

Chest supported CG
10x70/8x120x2
4x210

Wide underhanded grip chest supported rows
15x50/70
10x90
20x90

So I had to adjust my 1rm toward the end of my rackpulls. Just didn’t feel right and was a little too heavy especially going into my FSL sets. After doing so it felt much better and no pain to speak of. I’m going to be doing dumbbell rows rather than barbell this cycle, might throw some in at some point. These felt great and I think I can up the volume as the weeks go by. Finished with a lot of volume on the chest supported row machine.
Woke up at 200lb but I dosed mk yesterday so I know this isn’t an accurate weight

Absolutely horrendous sleep last night, I hope it’s unrelated.
Squats went really well and all were too depth and slow and paused at the bottom, felt amazing. I was completely wiped out after my FSL sets though and started to have slight pain in my lower back. Did some light accessory work and called it. One thing that was crazy was my knee sleeves barely fit today, I actually though I accidentally grabbed my elbow sleeves haha. I might be holding a lot of water as the scale was at 200lb this morning.

Squat
3x105/135/160/185/215
12x240
10x185x2/5x185

Reverse leverage squat
10x45ea x3

Single leg leverage squats
6x 45ea x3

Dien messed with my sleep, but it didn’t start until after a week or so. I personally didn’t have problems falling asleep, but woke up after 4 of 5 hours. Rarely slept after that. So, maybe related, maybe not?

It was the opposite I just couldn’t fall asleep. This happens from time to time. However, around 10pm I got a huge euphoric rush of energy out of nowhere. I was laying on the couch using my massage gun and boom it was like I took pwo!

Maybe had some pooled up blood with goodies stuck in there that was released from the massage gun lol. I don’t think it works that way, but there’s my bro theory for the day 😆

Bumped the dien to 100mg today. I plan on going between 100-150mg but I’m gonna ride 100mg out for now. Hdrol goes to 75mg starting Monday. 3ad will stay at 50mg td unless I see the need to add oral at some point. Weight is holding tight at 200lb, I appear fuller for sure. I throw some pics up around week 2 probably.
Now for today’s workout. Holy ****! Probably placebo as this is day 4 but my shoulders felt like I could press whatever was on the bar. My last set was 180lb on seated military. 5 reps is usually something I can hit on a good day. Today 8 reps felt like nothing, I’m pretty sure this is a pr. I decided to go for 10 reps on my 1st FSL set of 140lb after a 2min rest. 10 reps came too easy so I took it for 15 reps! This felt amazing. The rest of the workout was awesome I was just in the zone the whole time.

8x180 PR

I used dien Enanthate so it took about a month to really feel spooled up, but once it did the strength came on nice and steady. Every other week I could tell differences in things from the two weeks before it.
Yea I mean I know it’s not the hdrol because for me I don’t feel it until at least week 3. I think dropping my max has a lot to with it. This weight just feels right. I’ll have a better idea of what’s what during next weeks sessions. I have the next 3 days off due to work and my wedding anniversary tomorrow. I’m just gonna eat and rest(well my muscles at least)

Out of curiosity, how long did you run dien?

Dienogen hit pretty fast for me, and I don’t think it was placebo. So it’s certainly possible that you’re feeling it already.

9 weeks total. 400mg/wk initially then bumped to 500mg to finish the vials sooner to give more clearance time before PCT (which never happened because I finally made the life decision to cruise from here on after the birth of my son).

500mg was strong & tolerable, but it really ate into my sleep and I feel 400mg was totally sufficient for my desired results. I bet 300mg would have been solid - more drugs aren’t always better. Don’t be too hasty to crank the dose. Give things time to work.

Agreed. A little different with the TD ace version but I think that 75mg/day is more than enough to see/feel results. I personally went up to 100mg/day and it was awesome, but like you said, that’s when it really started taking away sleep. I was also assessing my tolerance for 19nors, and would have probably went up to 125mg/day just to see how it was. Kinda glad I didn’t though. So do you feel like 9 weeks was long enough to really see the full benefits, and would it be something you’d run longer?

Since it was Enanthate I had it in my system for ~11-12 weeks. I think all of the 19-Nors are things that tend to be pretty potent and kinda keep working for a long time. They just really aren’t that good for you, neurologically and cardiovascularly. My bropinion is use them for what you need, for the period you need them, and then get off. They are not basal compounds you’d consider staying on for very long hauls the way someone could with test, primo, drostanolone.

Work schedule got switched around last minute due to the holiday weekend so I moved my bench day to this morning.
Benching felt good and even though I’m eager to up the weight I’m going to stick to my program. Incline felt like nothing and bar speed is quick off the chest. Really going to focus on hitting my tris harder to help out my flat bench.
Feeling good so far, however sometimes I feel out of breath just walking up stairs. Nothing crazy but I just started noticing it.

Pull day before spending the day with the wife and dogs. We’re going to take them to a park since it finally stopped raining here. I was feeling a little gassed this morning but not everyday is great. Did what I needed to do and called it.
Happy Memorial Day to those that served. Thank you

If you are taking the 2 days off Mk to let it clear out and try to maintain sensitivity to the compound, 2 days isn’t long enough - Mk has a very long half-life (why you can dose it daily). It’s not like GH where it’s a very fast half-life. That’s why I take 4 days off, to get a couple days fully off it.

logically I agree with you but I’ve also heard MA talk about 5:2 as being his preferred way to use mk so I was confused by that

Mike Arnold specifically has recommended the 8/4 method for Mk. That’s directly where I got it; prior to that I’d never even considered it until he explained it but it’s pretty obvious when you consider Mk raises IGF1 for up to 24 hours.

I have tried the 5/2 as well, but found it never really felt like I was coming off and on it or getting any kind of break from the water retention. YMMV of course!

maybe I heard an earlier one then - it was BFR maybe 6 - 9 months back?

but 8/4 makes way more sense based on the elimination times etc

It’s way harder to remember than just taking the same 2 days consecutive days off weekly, so I would mark a calendar when to start each wave.

Yeah kinda sucks they had a falling out because the weekly QA discussions were pretty practical & enjoyable content!

I personally set up recurring alarms to help remember things that need specific timing, or to remind me to take things that require multiple doses spread throughout the day. I gotta have those or else I inevitably forget stuff.
i have a nightmare remembering everything I’m supposed to stick in myself on a given day.

i remember my first cycle I was to the minute with everything, I miss them days 😂

Haha, yep. I have been pretty regimented the past few years, but there were certainly a few blasts before that where I was less than organized. But nothing beat the paranoia of that first cycle, when you (well, me at least) think taking a dose a couple hours late is gonna mess up the whole thing. I recently started GH and there’s no way I’d remember everything without automatic reminders. Gotta love technology I guess lol.

Sooooo I think I’m gonna buy a powertec pec dec on Friday for $100
I’ll throw in a “do it” vote. If I had room that’s a machine I’d love to have, especially if you can configure it for reverses to work back/posterior delts.

That’s the plan and if not it’s $100 so I feel like worse case I resell it
