Which oral to kickstart upcoming test e cycle

First pic is near the end of the cycle, second is from last night, aprx 6 weeks later. Around 10lbs difference in body weight. I’d like to drop some body fat from now until fall, when I cycle again.. so that’ll be the plan 👍

that’s awesome bro. Agree with Hyde, can barely see a difference. Would love to see a comparison to start of cycle.

looks like clean solid gains though bro. Got a great base to go either way from there as well. You could shred up to single figure bf easy AF from where you are or bulk (or recomp) without the concern of starting at too high a BF

Thanks man, I appreciate that!

Looking back, I really should’ve taken some starting photos.. I was back and forth on doing so, but wasn’t digging what I saw in the mirror due to the amount of time I was out of the gym when covid shut everything down.

My next cycle will start in July or August, so I’ll have to talk the ol’ lady into helping me take some quality pics before, during and after to compare

I’m going to suggest a different approach. Don’t kickstart with an oral, finish with an oral like superdrol. If this is your first Test cycle you will respond really well, when the gains start to stall at the end, start using the superdrol to bust through the plateau. Plus if it’s at the end of the cycle, it’s not as big of a concern if you kill your appetite And energy, cycle will be ending. That’s what I would do in hindsight of my first cycle.
This is what I do and I will evaluate my progress to decide what to throw in at the end.

I definitely dont see a 10lb difference, if you told me you took both pictures on the same day I'd believe you. Keep eating as much as you can without overdoing it, so many people (myself included) will get sick of eating all that food and quickly loose most of what you gained, or even worse they try to cut and loose everything. I dont remember who said it but you gotta own that new weight, maintain it at all costs and after a few months your body becomes normalized at that new weight.

I appreciate that, man. I've been really focusing on keeping calories on the higher side. Things are going to get interesting starting March 1st, however. I'm going back to working a manual labor job, so I'm gonna have to really make an effort to get my meals in (and then some). I've been working a counter job for a few years now; should be an interesting transition back to the great outdoors 😄I'm looking forward to it though

About 5 years ago I was moving concrete forms 10 hours a day 6-7 days a week. I wasted away to a skinny fat 180lbs, I'd stop every day on the way home and gorge on fast food and it didn't help in the slightest, I was also not on anything and sleeping like 5hours a day but whatever. Long story short dropped like 15+lbs in less then a month of what I feel like was mostly muscle. I actually asked for a layoff cus I couldn't handle looking like that and feeling like zombie everyday

Got to a point I didn't even want to eat any more, went to a normal 40hr less labor intensive job and put like 10 back on fairly quickly tho

Sounds rough!! Just for the sake of clarification, I should mention; I won't be doing hard labor, like concrete work, so that'll be helpful in regards to not burning too many calories through the day. I'll be going back to locating underground utilities, so the most strenuous part is simply walking long distances. Excited to get my body back into a state of consistent movement.. I've become a damn fixture behind this desk/counter. Humans weren't meant to rot like this all day, lol.

I just saw "going back to labor" and it made me think of that, to be fair I've worked as a both as a union laborer and as a residential painter for like 12+ years and that specific jobsite was by far the hardest. Most of the time the job is highly active "moving around" but not very strenuous. Either way just take into account your probably still be walking 5-10x as many steps as a desk job every day

Figured I’d post a little update, since I’m two short weeks away from my next cycle. Hard to believe it’s been 5 months since wrapping up my last post cycle.

Game plan is 500mg Test Cyp for 12 weeks, with tbol the first 6 weeks and then dienogen for the last 6. Excited for this one 🤘

Good luck on your next cycle.
I plan on adding the dienogen towards my finish as well, may add TD Rad140/SR9005.

thanks man. What dosage do you plan to run? I will likely stay around 100.. though I keep hearing 150 is magical.. decisions decisions..

Same here. I plan on starting at 100. If results are good, I won't push it further. I'll move to 150 if needed.

I love tbol. I don’t think it gets the respect it deserves.

ya know, it definitely doesn’t get talked about much but I’ve been hard pressed to find people who don’t enjoy running it. It’ll be my first time utilizing it, so I’m pretty excited. Thinking 60mg.. What’s your preferred dosage?

Plot twist: you run your test at 400, 500, & 600mg/wk over the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd months, respectively, so you actually continue to promote adaptation instead of running stagnant doses through the cycle like before we understood that androgen receptors increase with muscle mass.

Just a thought

just out of interest why do you think this isn’t done as standard these days. It’s one of those things that makes sense AND is backed up by the science AND people who do it have success with it but yet it’s not common at all?

Its going to be my new standard lol. Double up my trt dose and build from there as needed. Can't wait till October 😁😁😁

havent read much about that specific dosing protocol, but it certainly makes sense and I’m definitely not opposed to doing so. Ultimately, I’d be utilizing the same amount of gear, so sounds like a plan to me. Thanks for the info!

Basically you skip the kick start. Introduce the testosterone, let the test build up and make some gains, then increase the dose and add orals to bust through sticking points.

As opposed to starting with 600 test and a oral where you have the most gear at the beginning of the cycle when it's not needed, then late in the cycle your oral is gone and your on less gear at a time when you would need more to make progress

Just a lack of education/exposure to the idea.

The ENTIRE androgen load should progress as the cycle goes along.

If compounds are getting swapped out, the stronger compounds and doses should be run later. If a compound runs the entire time, it should generally stay the same or titrate up depending on needs.

Same total drug exposure, just shifted to get more from less earlier and give more when gains are slowest.

You can also use the same amount of total drugs you had planned and get more weeks out of it. I mean I guess if someone is opposed to long cycles you might not like it, but if I can make my 7000 total mg last me 20 weeks vs 12 it's a win for me, I do better on longer cycles

60-80 mg a day.
