From what my friend tells me, it’s used for a lot of stuff. Headaches, muscle aches, diseases, etc... I use it after I train when I have muscle soreness. Which reminds me, I will use it on my elbow today. It’s kinda like an ART massage. It pulls the toxins out.

I definitely need the focus!!! I’ve been so discombobulated the last few weeks.

Completely agree! Lol, I hate massages but love manicures and pedicures!
I don't care for massages, but I do go to the Chiropractor on a month !
I love all 3 haha Not the best at doing them very regularly. Maybe once a year or every other year.

It’s one of those mornings!!!! I’m trying to finish up 500 pages by tomorrow night. I have an exam in 4 weeks and 2 more 1000 page books to read. Fmllllll.....

Yeah I’d say it’s how my body responds and also what I want. Like I can’t enjoy dirty food because it won’t help me in my pursuits. And also it makes me feel so gross I can’t stand it. Don’t get me wrong I love the stuff when I do eat it but by and large I have no temptation. By keeping myself well fed on meat and eggs and the cravings are basically nonexistent. I love the results more than I love the brief mouth pleasure lol

Ahh yeah I understand that! I don’t consider real foods like rice, potatoes, beans, fruit etc(natural carb sources) dirty. I definitely try to avoid the others bc I know it’s just not best.

Grats on the pr. I go to planet fitness now and they don’t have bars only smith. I used my work gym today and was nice to have a real bench again but felt so weak on it and did 40lbs less than I do on the smith. I really hate the smith lol

The Smith Machine takes the balance and stability out of the movement which is not good, however I use it more that free weights, after tearing my rotator cuff years ago, I can not use dumb bells at all, and even with a barbell, my stability is not good.

Oh no! Really? That stinks! I’ve only done incline on smith as far as bench goes and it was awkward. I tried and hated squats on it too. Stiff/Romanian Deads, kneeling squats, and hip thrusts are the only thing I’ve found as decent exercises on a smith. I have thought about joining the local PF just bc it’s cheaper for my son to join and I could get him into lifting.
My last gym was dirty and had to change and PF was the only other option sadly.

I hear you broseph. Although it’s not a recognized marker of strength in the traditional sense, like you can’t claim you bench 400 if you did it on smith, but its a great tool for folks like us with injuries. The work wouldn’t be the same without the smith machine.

I do now thanks to @TheSolution
I eat about 1-2 cups a day. Pre/post workout, lunch...for dinner I switch it up and do potatoes. It’s a lot of work getting in almost 300 carbs!

Feeling your pain lol mine is on the inside of both elbows. Pulling hurts it more than anything. I know in the past wearing compression sleeves have helped so going to try that again.

Feeling your pain lol mine is on the inside of both elbows. Pulling hurts it more than anything. I know in the past wearing compression sleeves have helped so going to try that again.
Ah, man, that totally sucks! I hope it helps you! I just put mine on and I feel like it’s cutting off my circulation in a good way if that makes sense. I’m thinking it’s definitely from me being an arm sleeper. I have like a million pillows but prefer my damn arm. 🤣

A lot of forearm work helps out my tendinitis and also a brace. It takes time to heal it sucks.
