Had a very hard time sleeping last night. Two reasons- I think...I have been forgetting my second dose of thyroid medication and ended up taking it about 6 last night (instead of 12-1...and I also had a lot on my mind just life/stress with the kids and stuff. So needless to say getting up/going this morning was difficult. Workout was good but just not as energetic as I wanted. I’m sure next week will be better after getting caught up on rest.

@love2liftkat that's a solid workout and meal. My wife will make that sometimes and it's very good although we just got with the white rice.

Yeah I dose my thyroid stuff in the morning. Damn RC grade T3 lol
Doc wants me to dose it am and mid day. I just have the worst memory and often forget mid day.

Thanks...I usually use jasmine rice but happened to use the last of us for my pre/post workout “cream” of rice. So I pulled out hubby’s brown rice. Love making easy meals like that. They’re not the prettiest but I’d rather not have to cut and chew chicken all day! 🤣

Warmed up a good bit today bc everything is pretty tight. About time for a massage and chiropractic adjustment.
