You mean the holiday that never happened. Haha. I have still not opened presents after being in the ER on Christmas Day. Still down and out with horrible back spasms and an underlying shoulder injury.
Been a struggle!

Back will take 3-4 weeks minimum
Shoulder MRI is scheduled for March 10th, and then the waiting game if surgery is needed.
Looking like half the year will be washed away with recovery.

Man, you must have had some bad meat or it wasn’t cooked right. Elk is amazing.
My son-in-law got it with his bow and he told me it was the worst Elk he ever had !!

Nice workout. I have back day to today. My home gym doesn't have a lat pulldown yet but can't wait til I can add that into the workouts. Doing pull ups right now as a temporary substitute :(

Nice workout dood! I’m hitting back right now too, working on those wings so I can maybe one day pull off a respectable lay spread pose!

Thanks fellas 👌

I'm 3 weeks back into consistent training averaging 3-5 workouts a week so kind of taking it easy to prevent injury.
.just getting the mind to muscle memory back at the moment before throwing the big plates on.

That's smart man. Consistency will beat ego. I'm having to do similar due to coming off injury, all BW or bands for this first week or so. Will gradually add in weight, but slowly. Don't want to set myself back again!

Off from training this morning but still have an option to train this evening.

Legs are still smoked from earlier this week so will probably just chill.

Been getting a solid 7-8 hours of sleep, gotta love the flannel sheets and winter comforter. I bought a new king size firm pillow for 15$, can you say game changer?

Anything that makes me sleep better is a game changer in my book! More sleep = better gains :)

Ground venison, black beans, corn, kidney beans, rice with some hot sauce!!!!

Someone in the house is going to have some answering to do today. Went to pack my lunch today and one of my boys, either the 19 or 16 year ate my sh*t in the middle of the night. They hid all the evidence too. I had probably 3 servings of boneless shredded chicken breast for today.

Somebody got some splainin to do!!!!

So last night I cut them down for the season. There was 44, and actually found bananas growing. Pretty cool

Nope, cut them down with machete down to about a foot or two then cover with mulch.

I think my problem is the roots got to gold where I had them planted, they were in this top bed with one side exposed to the elements !!
