50 rears ago yes, today no one even cares, lol....but truthfully i wouldn't suggest you put a tat somewhere it couldn't be covered if needed....but i am old school, lol.

Lol, thanks, Big. I kinda fucked up... I got hand tattoos. I had a classmate in law school who asked, “they let you wear that to work?” I had shorts on and all I could think of was.... “Um, aren’t we in the same freaking law school?”

Haha that’s me...I like them on other people but I personally only want ones that would generally be covered...but then again maybe it’s bc I don’t want to hear the mouths of some of my friends and family.

Get a top set of your squat.
We got 225 to chase
I would also nix 2 of the warmup sets
For example
95 x 6-8
135 x 5-6
185 x 2-3
Then 205

This way you don't pre exhaust yourself too much exerting on the top sets.
Till then Lets EAT

Thanks! I know I do too many sets- it’s all in my head that I have to slowly convince myself I can do it! I’ll do some max sets this week.

Tried to go straight to 150 but when I unracked it, my mind got in the way. So I did another set of 135 and then 145 to try to get my head right. I know that effected my top sets but I’m still happy. I haven’t tried max sets in forever!! (I did have a spotter today too)
