Bench pressing in quarantine.

Morning weight 214.7

Slacked off a little yesterday on the food and was kinda feeling off most the day.

Back to business. 2 eggs, diced ham, 2 slices toast, 1 Boston cream doughnut. Coffee and cream.

Next is that 1000 calorie shake with the oats and peanut butter.

Workout is going to be deadlifts, weighted chins, a rowing exercise, hammer curls and ez curls.

Then chicken, beans, veggies and white rice.

Not sure what I'm doing for my last 2 meals yet.

Tomorrow will be my last heavy bench day most likely and I'm trying to get confirmation from my buddy on when were going to max out. I'm trying to aim for next Friday

How heavy should I go tomorrow. Should I do some singles at 90% or just stick to the 5x3 at 80%

I'm looking forward to getting this over with, I want to figure out where my calories should be to stay at 215 and go back to some volume and do some more enjoyable workouts. and cardio, I've been snoring like a chainsaw

You usually want the last heavy bench 7-9 days before the testing. I would do a couple singles around 90% for sure.

That's perfect, if I bench heavy tomorrow and max out the following Friday it's ,9 days. Scored some more plates, I've got a total of 494 now for plates + the bar. Perfect timing, now I can go into maintenance on bench and bring up my legs and deadlift.

Today's workout was changed a little. Just did what I wanted to.

Laying ham curl, 3x10
Deadlifts 5x3 working up to 343
Leg ext 3x10
Weighted chins 3x6
Hammer curls 4x12

Slip halotestin in your Gatorade bottle the day you attempt your bench pr. Works every time!
I'm gonna pop 90mg of m1a. I don't even think I need it, feeling pretty confident. Everything just feels light, even exercises I haven't been working, I feel stronger all around, I also feel bloated and tired when I'm not lifting tho.

My phone camera and video quality is horrendous. But I took a video of me doing 3 reps on deadlifts with 343. Probably could do 10 reps with that weight. Il try to put it up. I noticed I'm drastically pulling too far back at the top but the weight feels super light

Rest days on superdrol are the worst. Feel like a burnt tire

I think it has to be YouTube or a Dropbox link. I dunno tho, I made an IG just to link vids.
Well great, I'm technologically retarded lol. I don't know how to link it to something else, or how to post a link at all really. Maybe one of my kids can figure it out for me. I think my son put up a YouTube video once

For powerlifting we typically work up to a heavy set of three as our last bench workout to find our opener but for just peaking without having to worry about three attempts I’d just do some singles working up to 90 ish percent, maybe a little above but nothing that’s a grinder. Just getting used to the heavy weights moving fast and freely to get your confidence and comfort level up. I’m sure you’ve got this no problem with the diet, training and supplementation all being on point.

Ya, feeling good about the lift, but one thing is for sure. Taking a bunch of gear don't magically make you look like a bodybuilder when your eating crap and training heavy 3 or 4 days a week. Sure I got bigger and stronger but definitely not better looking.

So you usually use your 3rep max as a opening lift?

The strength life certainly takes a toll on a physique. I get a lot of crap for being both small and undefined, but when the only guy in the gym who can out bench you is 60 pounds heavier people shut up. That's in my college gym not my powerlifting gym back home but still 🤷‍♂️ once the bet is over and you start to solidify the 215 you'll feel better about the look but for now just eyes on the prize man, we all think you can do it.

Yes, the general rule of thumb is you wanna open with something you can triple. The next attempt for me is usually about 20-30 below what my goal is and third attempt is my goal. Unless your buddy is making you follow the 3 rep format I'd stick with a peak set like the one I believe Skraw or hyde posted. *Edit* it was jswain who posted it, something like that is a pretty good generic setup to build from on a peak day.

Ya I'm pretty much going with the layout he gave.

When this is over I will have enough sd left to run 20mg again for 3 weeks down the road ( not any time soon ). But if I'm doing it for strength again, I'm thinking I will try something different and do 30mg 1hr pre workout only on the day's I lift.

Some side effects for anyone that's interested.

Minor acne on the shoulders

Lethargic at certain times of the day.

Sex drive is way down, everything is 100% functional down there but I'm not in the mood very often the past 2 weeks.

Heartburn and headaches on and off.

Minor anxiety and slightly more aggravated then normal.

Everything is very manageable, but not feeling In tip top shape like I was a month ago.

Dinner on the way, 22oz bone in ribeye, loaded baked potatoes and a wedge salad with everything I can find to put on it

Well I can't take credit, I thought my girl bought the stuff for me to cook, I just walked in the door, she ordered outback lol

"75 per day dienolone " This is ment correct? is that oral or injectable? Will i need something for prolactin with that like deca?

ALso superdrol really confuses me.

I have been told that it compares to dbol, but many have told me its not as wet of a gainer and that the sides are not as bad others say they are horrible. There are also more than a few people that say it is more hair friendly than dbol or adrol

Dienolone is not ment, it's like a watered down tren. I haven't really notice anything from it but from what I understand it needs to be ran like 8-10 weeks so next month it should be showing its face. I think sd is more like anadrol then dbol. But it's kinda its own thing.

The deinolone is transdermal. I will be switching to injectable after I drop the sd

extremely late but just read through the whole log. Excited to see the outcome. Hoping you get that $100 ha
I don't even care about the money, I just want the pr and to say I won.

Question, is that your puppy in your profile pic, it's a awesome looking blue nose

Don’t do any more legs til after this bench next Friday. The point of hitting the big bench session then deloading isn’t so you have time and energy to go do a bunch of crap not related to your goal! The point is to recover fatigue and build power to PEAK. Now is not the time to deviate from the plan - stick to the script, dominate, and THEN become a bodybuilder again lol

It was super light, just kinda going through the motions. But understood.

It’s a helluva tough week doing nothing after being so active but the goal is to let the CNS fully recover so it’s firing on all cylinders when you max. You’ll make it through but it’s tough af. I usually crack around day three after my last heavy bench and get under an empty bar for just a couple reps of keeping my form good but nothing more.

Morning weight 215.9

Just ate 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and a medium coffee cream only.

Next meal is the shake, last heavy bench day today. I really won't have much to report after today's workout.

Today's plan is 4-5 warm up sets, 320x1 290 3x3 225xfailure

Then some light shoulders and triceps.

Friday il do something light for back and biceps then nothing till the following Friday???

Unless someone tells me otherwise....

If you want to work up to more than 320 you can, think like 340. But no failed lifts. I probably wouldnt do the 225 set but thats just me.

I was just thinking something like 225x20 at the end to get the blood pumping. Il ditch it. And yes I really wanted to go heavier on the single but I thought you guys would tell me not to

I'm tempted to invite my buddy over to workout today. That way if I hit 340 easy I can say **** it let's go for 350

I think itd be cooler if you just waited til the day you were supposed to hit 350 and then did that easily and went for more. “Fuk your 350, ill raise you 10-20lb”.

You should do one more lighter bench session before the following Friday. Like 70% for 3 singles this Saturday. Just a tune up to keep skill high while deloading.

After meal 4, 220.1 definitely looking soft and bloated. Abs are gone unless I flex as hard as I can lol.

Il take a picture with shirt off at some point but I had to have my daughter take the picture today and didn't want it to be too weird. She already laughed at me for flexing lol. I have noticed my upper chest is much larger then previous pictures. But because of my weight I can't tell how much real muscle has been built Invalid Link Removed
