I just accidentally took a 20mg Cialis...I had a capsule I meant to split up, but ended up chasing it down with my other supps

I'm really starting to question myself on how I've been doing things in the past. For the past... idk, 6-8 months I would eat more, add more sets, shorter rest really try to get that pump. Training 5-7 days a week, 1.5 hours sometimes and I would stay the same, the scale wouldn't budge and I'd just look slightly better. Like I was on the world's longest slowest recomp phaze.

Now I've dropped cardio, cut down to 3-4 workouts and focusing on overall calories more then worrying about my protein and how many carbs. I'm pushing really hard on my sets but resting longer and my workouts are a hour or less. Low and behold, my strength is still increasing as fast as ever and the scale is moving up and even with all the added junk I'm not really getting that fat.

There is one big factor here that I can't overlook. Normally I'm working 5-7 days a week and have 50 million things to do.

Because of the Rona I'm only working part time and mostly just relaxing, I have money saved and my girlfriend is still working full-time from home so I don't have the normal stressors. Although she and my kids are getting me stressed out its more just annoyance.
 
You work a physical or at least active job? Thats a huge drop in your tdee. If you feel like youre force feeding in order to gain now, imagine if you had to eat another 6-1200 cals.

Union laborer is one job, when I'm laid off I'm self employed painting and some minor remodeling stuff, and at night I bartend. Always moving, always carrying heavy stuff. If I was still doing that I'd probably need at least another 1000.

By the way it doesn't even feel like force-feeding anymore, I think I'm adjusting and it's no longer uncomfortable to eat 4000, yesterday was 4,962 but I went overboard lol.
 
Today's breakfast, rice and beans with peppers, onions, black beans and corn. Chicken breast and scrambled eggs, toast.

Yeah, my thoughts too.

Superdrol & the other drugs, a great decrease in workload/stressors, decreased training frequency, more specific essential work with less fluff, now operating in a proper caloric surplus.

These are all powerful drivers for strength, which does directly drive mass.

I mean, if you look at most old school bulking routines they aren’t 6 days a week - they are often 3-5, usually 3-4. The workouts are hard and heavy and hit multiple muscles at a time. The bodybuilding magazine crap with 6 days a week is what the pros are doing once they’ve already built their massive foundation and they’re trying to bring up weak points, refine, avoid injury. Steve Kuclo was one of Dante Trudel’s greatest prodigies. That training and raw calories from 7 Eleven is how he initially got BIG. Not the 500+g protein/day and minimal carbs he just ate daily to get shredded for the Arnold.
 
Meal 2 was 16oz milk, 2 bananas, 4 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop whey.

Just finished my workout.

New rep pr, did my warm ups, 310 for a single with a 2 sec pause and then 70% or 245lbs max reps. My previous best was 11, today got 14 straight reps with 245, barely got the last 1 back on the rack.

Follow up with close grip 205 for 3 sets of 10

Weighted chins and cable rows. Going back tonight to do some arms supersets. I ran out of gas

The food is about to get better. I'm going to be helping my cousin at his restruant a few days next week so one of his kitchen guys can deliver so he will be making some of my meals next week, he's a amazing cook

Well holy hell, I placed a order Wednesday night and it was delivered today. In that order was 3 vials of zero flux dienolone e. It's got to be the darkest oil I've ever seen for a injectable. I'm going to phaze out the transdermal while slowly introducing the injectable in its place. But seeing how everything is going swimmingly I'm going to wait till next month to do that
 
Programming question.

So I've done 2 workouts with amrap @245 (70% of 350) and I'm at 14 reps, the 80% workout was 5 sets of 3 at 280 which was pretty easy. Should I add 5lbs to the 70% and 10lbs to the 80%?

I can't see a point doing 15 plus reps for 1rep max strength at this point, so I definitely think I'm adding weight there.

For the other workout I'm thinking 3x3 with 290 or 3x5 with 280
 
Also I missed meal 4 so I'm combining meals 4 and 5 in about a hour. I have a lot of family members that live on my Street. My dad made lamb stew, my sister is making pizzas and my brother made a ham and some side dishes so we're all having a buffet at my parents house lol

If you’re hitting 245 for 15 up your max that the percents are being calculated off by 5-10 lb as that’ll take care of both. An amrap at 70% you should be getting 10-12. 3 reps at 80% shouldn’t be tough, probably 3-4 reps in reserve.

If I base the percentages off of 355 it's pretty much the same as me just adding 5 lbs to the bar next work out so I'm going to do that

It’s almost orange tinted as I recall, I have had the same stuff for over a year (likely same batch).

There was way too much going on at dinner. My kids, my nephew, my sister's step kids, my dad's dogs and my brothers dogs all running around. I had three slices of pizza but I packed up 6oz of ham potatoes and carrots that I'm about to eat that now

Weight is ticking up nicely. Bet you are already seeing obvious strength improvements.
Ya, everything is feeling lighter. I feel stronger all around in general. I was looking through my note book last night and since the day I added sd I have consumed no less then 3700 calories and most days are over 4000. Which is no longer hard to eat. Appetite is low at certain times of the day, buy overall my appetite is better and I tend to be hungrier at night.

Notes

I woke up at 2am last night because I bit my tongue in my sleep lol, stayed awake till 6am and only got another hour of sleep before I got up to eat. Just finished my work for the day so I'm going to do some reading on power lifting programs so I can work it into my next phaze after I max out.

That phaze will be more towards bodybuilding workouts while cleaning my diet up and reintroduce cardio super slowly with some bike rides. But I want to make sure I maintain the bench strength and bring up my deadlift and leg size. Training will be 4-5 days max next month. I don't think il ever go back to 6 days a week unless I'm in a emergency cut.

Definitely going to take a mid day nap

A lot of decent power programs will push much more volume right after maxing or a meet. The weights need to be lighter to help prevent injury, drugs often come down or disappear, and in general some new adaptations need to be made to the base if you want to raise your max when next you peak. It’s like finishing building a pyramid - when you have reached the peak, there is nothing to do but return to the beginning and start laying a new foundation for the next one. And this base must be even larger than the last if you want the top to reach higher.

The Cube Kingpin/Boss has a lot of volume on the big lifts mixed with bodybuilding accessories. It features pretty good recoverability with a 4-day per week model and rotating intensities on the big lifts. Every week you go heavy on one of the big 3, light on another, and a lot of reps on the third, and the efforts rotate weekly.

Layne Norton’s Phat is supposed to be half hypertrophy work. Never used it.

Programs like RTS or some of the Sheiko programs feature a lot of volume but mainly in the form of the big 3 or variations. @jswain34 made some awesome gains with RTS.

Cool thanks. Ya I'm looking to increase volume for sure. And after I max out I'm dropping sd, lowering test to 200 and riding out the eq and dienolone for 8 more weeks or so. Il check out those programs. Obviously I got to tweak them to fit my equipment but I'm looking for the general structure of one of those programs to build off and modify
 
Morning weight 215.6 but I woke up at 3am and had 6 Oreos and a big glass of milk, so that numbers a little skewed. Heartburn and acid reflux was serious yesterday and I'm still feeling it now.

After breakfast today I gotta hit the grocery store and pick up some cleaner foods. I've been eating a lot of good stuff but with a lot of crap sprinkled in. Too much Rahman noodles and freezer foods.

I'm going back to eating as much clean food as I can before eating the junk.
 
I'm thinking about doing more sandwiches. If I can find a nice roast il cook and slice my own roast beef. Gotta go away from the pastas a little and more twords white rice, white potatoes and white bread. Those all digest very easily for me
 
There’s a reason Stan Efferding likes to use white rice and beef as the main caloric drivers for his athletes after micros are satisfied. Many folks do terrific with white rice. You can eat it and be ready to eat again in 2.5-3 hours.

If you eat 2lbs of lean beef per day you can basically do as much after that as you want with egg noodles, rice, bagels/bread.

If the grocery stores were not half empty all the time I would be eating steak for the majority of my meals
 
Forgot to mention this, I've had a few headaches lately, and a small increase in anxiety, ( nothing major, may just be from being stuck in the house and not getting any time to myself ). As far as the headaches go, I can't put my finger on it. I should be well hydrated, I'm at 1.5 gallons per day. My blood pressure was 131/84 highest and 127/87 lowest. That's pretty standard for me. I'm usually lingering around 128/85. I obviously don't know where my hematocrit is but I occasionally cut myself shaving and my blood is normal color and not thick at all, looks completely normal. I'm wondering if it's ups and downs with blood sugar
 
Definitely could be. I mean, you are on a toxic oral and overeating - you can honestly only expect to feel so good. Carditone could probably drop that bp 10 points. Certainly wouldn’t hurt the kidneys to take some extra load off them.

I haven't used carditone before, il look into that. My blood pressure always runs a little high in the 128/85 is normal for me. Even as a kid that was where I would be. I also have some cardarine leftover, enough for 10mg per day for 2-3 weeks so I'm gonna use the just because, ( I ment to start that with the sd and I spaced out ).
 
I also forgot to mention I found some nac a few days ago that started about 5 days ago and will continue about 2weeks past sd or whenever it runs out
