Thx. I definitely think I'm going to have to force myself to eat less. I'm definitely going to be burning less calories and I don't wanna get any fatter. My bodyfat is teetering on the line between bulking and fatass lolYou got the right idea!

Life is painDay 4 of quarantine, I'm running low on Oreos and swiss cake rolls and the snack aisles are empty. Milk is scarce and the electric scooter I ordered won't be delivered for 2 weeks.
No it's not that bad lol. Restruants as of now can still do take out only and drive thru. Grocery store has reduced hours. Everything else is closed. Everything in town shuts down at 8pm. But it's been raining the past 3 days so I've been stuck in the house. Did some deadlifts and pull-ups Monday and some overhead presses and floor presses Tuesday. But that's about it this week. I actually tried to go grocery shopping this morning and had to wait a hour for the store to open. Most stuff was sold out. No fucking half and half for my coffee . Gonna do some cooking. Chicken fajitas with rice and beans then go do deadlifts and pull ups again in my flooded basementAre you full quarantine and can't go outside? I took my mtn bike out on a 20 mile trail ride yesterday and it was amazingly peaceful and quiet.
Thanks, luckily I quit drinking because if I didn't I would be pissed that all the bars and casinos are closed. There's not much I could have done to celebrate even if the town wasn't shut downHappy birthday! What a time to be alive eh?
You know what they say, when you hit rock bottom there's nowhere to go but upHappy 35th! Hopefully the year keeps getting better from here
Check your messages foo!You know what they say, when you hit rock bottom there's nowhere to go but up
Wrong. Blast through the bedrock, shovel, shovel, blast, shovel, shovel, blast, shovel. You know what they say, when you hit rock bottom there's nowhere to go but up
My reason for changing goals is mainly diet. I kinda got to eat whatever is available at the store. I did stock up on meat but I got 3 other mouths to feed and I may be out of work soon.Lol. So here's a update.
I'm staying at 150 test 150 eq every 3 days. So 350 each per week or something like that. Untill I for see what this crazy doomsday stuff turns into I wan to make my supply last. Strength and pumps have not changed much from when I was on sd. Bodyweight is still 208.
I'm doing a pull day with 1 leg exercise at the end
And a push day.
My only heavy exercises are deadlifts, close grip bench and over head press on a flat bench.
My goals have changed drastically. I'm working on building my deadlift form and strength back up and building as much strength on those 2 pressing moves as I can. As soon as the weather gets nicer I will be doing clean and press variations outside and farmers walks with some heavy shyt I'm making out of concrete. Sd is being saved till commercial gyms open back up. And I still will probably double the eq dose after 6 weeks.
That's the plan. I'm slowly working back up in weight on deadlifts, going hard on ohp, and say my last set of ohp is 185, then that's the number I start with on close grip bench working up to a 6rep max. My close grip is a lot stronger then I thought it was.Focus on beating that log book right now and you may surprise yourself!
Bro I’m there, it’s not a particularly great look lemme tell ya. Not the kind of thing you wanna bring into summertimeJust keep gaining weight and go for that power lifter look
That's why I don't want to keep doing it. It looks great with a t-shirt on but not on the beach. I don't need a ripped 6pack but I don't want my stomach spilling over my shorts either. I also didn't factor in I'm not working as much as normal "manual labor"Bro I’m there, it’s not a particularly great look lemme tell ya. Not the kind of thing you wanna bring into summertime
No but I’ve got some IM from NOS I am just waiting for the right time to use eventually.Anyone here used transdermal dienolone? Just came across some for cheap, wondering if it's worth picking up for a future run
I just picked up 25mg/ml x120ml transdermal for $115No but I’ve got some IM from NOS I am just waiting for the right time to use eventually.
Nice. Supposed to be a great recomp agent with some good strength and vascularity increase. Like a tren-lite, less sides, less extreme in every way.I just picked up 25mg/ml x120ml transdermal for $115
Yep, that's y I grabbed it. Gonna throw it in right away after my diet is in check. Started a new meal plan today. I'm fuckin starving lolNice. Supposed to be a great recomp agent with some good strength and vascularity increase. Like a tren-lite, less sides, less extreme in every way.
That sounds good to go...may never need to return to a gymI'm up to a bench, makeshift squat rack, barbell with 300 lb of weights, 20-35lb dumbbell pairs, a couple single dumbbells that are heavier, light cable stuff, a pull up bar, bands chains and a treadmill. And I have a bike on the way
I think a LOT of gyms are going to see bad dips in membership when they re-open. Between all of the folks who invest in home equipment and the many more less dedicated who fall off the wagon completely until New Year’s comes back around. That sounds good to go...may never need to return to a gym
Yeah I think your right....I was kind of planning to sell off my stuff for outrageous prices; just prior to the gyms re opening...it may be difficult to forecast thoughI think a LOT of gyms are going to see bad dips in membership when they re-open. I'm excited to have more home stuff. And I hope gyms do loose members, I hate waiting on machines lolI think a LOT of gyms are going to see bad dips in membership when they re-open. Cheap fix, soak the plates in Coca-Cola for 24 hours. Then take a a Brillo pad, the ones with the soap already in them and scrub them up good. Rinse , dry and spray paint them.Yeah, i could see developing my home gym as a cool hobby. I'm almost interested in reburshing old rusty weights and stuff since that's all I can find for a reason labke price...lol
Excellent...I saw a method online that involved white vinegar soaking and a few more steps. I like the sound of this much better.Cheap fix, soak the plates in Coca-Cola for 24 hours. Going from coke the first soak to viniger for a second soak is even better. The way I listed is not going to get you brand new looking plates. It's just a quick easy way to clean them up so there not a rusty eyesoreExcellent...I saw a method online that involved white vinegar soaking and a few more steps. Free! Someone is giving me a trek mountain bike that's been in there garage collecting dust for 5 years. Needs new tiresSounds like enough to me. Awesome
How much was the bike?
I've moved to a new log based around getting my bench press up to 350 hopefully by the end of the month for a bet, but yes. Working out 5 days a week and eating a lot although my weight has stayed the same. I think I might need to force-feed a few weeks to get my body out its comfort zone which appears to be 208lbs.Still going hard I see. Noice
The reason I made a new log was to have it in the training section so I could attract a few strength oriented ppl to pop inI've moved to a new log based around getting my bench press up to 350 hopefully by the end of the month for a bet, but yes.
