So legs are really weak today, idk if it's lost strength or just gassing out too fast

Did 5 sets of warm up squats then 3x3 @ 315 lbs. I was expecting to finish at 350 lbs for 3.
2 sets of Farmer's walks
3x30 calves raises
25 min peddeling on a bike.

Hopefully I'm just burnt from all the walking around Disney for the past 10 days.


First pin tomorrow, just 150mg test.

Pre workout

Eaa and creatine

Shake with 70 gm protein and 100 gm carbs ( drank half)

Ham, carrots, cabbage and potatoes

Other half of the shake

Next meal is the same as the ham one

Last meal is grilled chicken and vegetables.

How heavy are you going on the farmers?
So to be clear I'm talking about grabbing something heavy in each hand and walking with it. I don't always call exercises by the right names so correct me if I'm wrong.

Today I grabbed 2 80 lb dumbbells because those were the biggest available and walked till grip gave out. Normally I load up the trap bar with 225 and to 30 steps, then 275 for 30 steps then 315 and so on till I can't make 30 steps.

In the summer I will do that, suitcase carries I think there called, I also do 1 arm clean and press with the barbell, I just startedtrying those things the end of last summer they're very difficult but I'm going to put a lot of effort into themm this year

I can't do that stuff at my gym but I do it at home when it's warm out

I'm imagining serious pumps, I also found some gw that will be perfect to take while on sd, and some leftover mk677 that I'm going to throw in EOD after the sd

Injected right delt 150mg test e.

So something that's never happened before, some of the oil seeped back out of where I injected. I've hear it happen to other ppl but not me. Anywho it's nothing to worry about and no need to inject more. Going to take my pwo and go do a quick chest and back workout, might do some light cycling too, legs are sore as **** and I wanna get some blood moving

1min rest between all sets...

Incline bench 250x8,6,4
Incline db press 70's x 15,15,13
Cable crossover 3x15
Back hypers 3x20
Low cable rows 3x15
Seated hammer grip row 3x15
Chins, various grips for 25 reps doing short 10sec breaks.

Not horrible numbers for me considering all things but definitely not what I was doing 2 months ago.

Feel pretty good tho, hoping to have everything in hand by next Sunday

I'm going to start weighing myself EOD to help adjust macros as needed. I look about the same as my profile pic, just a tad smaller 8lbs less then that photo as of right now. I'm gonna take progress pics but I'm trying to clear up this shoulder acne. My right delt looks terrible. At least to me it does. Lots of little pimples.

I got super busy yesterday and missed all my meals until I got home at 630 pm. I originally was supposed to go do a quick 2 hour job that turned into 8hrs and I didn't pack meals. When I got home there was a spiral ham, carrots, broccoli, Mac and cheese and rolls on the table.

I made a plate with 12oz ham, carrots and broccoli. Aftar that proceeded to eat 2 rolls and a massive bowl of Mac that would make most people throw up. Then I made a cappuccino and topped it with cinnamon and a little chocolate swirl.

This is the kind of stuff that happens when I miss meals. Thank God there was no cookies or ice cream in the house because I would have destroyed those too. Today is a rest day

If you don't have a thing that froths milk you can put some half and half into a mason jar, shake it really good and then microwave it. If you do it right it stays frothy. Pour in a shot of espresso, if you don't have a Expresso machine you can make coffee with half the water you would normally use so say it's 1/3 cup grounds to 10 cups water, use 5 cups or less.

Alright ladies, just got confirmation my stuff is in route, I grabbed some cailis too, I like microdosing it daily for a better pump and blood pressure but looks like I got 20mg caps, that's way too much to take daily, that's a dose you take for the bedroom and that's not what I use it for. I'm debating on taking the powder out of the capsules and dividing each one into two doses and taking 10 mg every other day. I was looking for 5mg daily. Or does anyone know about taking 20 mg every 3rd day or 4th day? I know it has a long Half-Life but at the same time I don't want to take that much at once.i don't think my girl wants me taking that much either lol

Max I've done is 10 mg eod and after a few weeks get a stuffed nose and heart burn. Maybe 20 mg e3d would work, but I'd bet you will atleast get a stuffed nose.

Happened a few times when I was running 25g. 30g now for about a month and hasn’t happened yet.

I don't think it because of the needle size, I've done a whole cycle pinning glutes with 21g because it was all I had on hand and nothing leaked. When I pin delts, for some reason the pin does not want to stay in, it slides in but sometimes if I take my hand off it, it wants to push itself out. Idk why.

Back to the gym today, did my normal morning routine for pre and intra and did shoulders

Elliptical on lv.12 15 min
Seated shoulder press, 4 warm up sets of 15-20 then got 210x6,6,6. Up 5lbs and a extra rep on each set so my strength is coming right back

Follow up with
Seated side db raise
Upright rows with a cable and handle attachments
Rear delt flys.

All were 3-4 sets of 15-20

Then hammer strength machine. Just kept doing sets of 20 till the weight felt too heavy to get 12, like 6 sets or so.

Finished up with 5 more min on a elliptical just to kinda wind down.
Ate breakfast
Gonna make sure I get my netx 2 meals in as planned then family dinner whatever it may be

I’m all about these 1” 30g. Switched a month ago and it’s so much nicer. They cost a few bucks more and it takes another second to push a ml through them, but they are quite cozy!

It's a very common side effect of higher dosed PDE5 inhibitors, @Hyde will back me up
Oh I'm not doubting you, just not something I noticed or heard before. Definitely a strange side effect.

The stuffed nose can get really annoying with time. It makes sense if you think about it this way: Sudafed is a vasoconstricter, so vasodilators like Tadalafil can cause the opposite effect.

The times I tried a whole 20mg it was total war, as expected, and stuffiness was even worse. That is some serious rocket power, good luck getting anything done lol.

Heard if you use routinely, like 5mg per day the body gets used to it and stuffiness goes away for some? But I have never done that.

This cycle looks cool.

Thanks for the input. There capsules made from raws. If have to open it and divide the powder. Maybe il pour half (10mg) in my pre workout EOD.

Soo... I get occasional shoulder pain on one side. Not bothering me now but it does on and off and I'm starting to notice the trap on that side is slightly smaller. Most of the year I don't hit traps with direct work cus there naturally big. I'm wondering if I should do some direct work for that side or if it's something that needs to be professionally worked on to fix the shoulder in general. Just thinking out loud

All for sets of 20 with focus on the negatives.

Leg press 4 plates for sets of 25-30. Slow reps Constant tension and mentally painful.

I used about half to 3/4 of the weight I normally use on all exercises today and made a goal of feeling that muscle work. I think I accomplished it. Felt nauseous twords the end.

Finished off with 12 more min on the bike lv.12

Meal 2.

3.5 servings of a Southwest cabbage salad kit I picked up, 10oz turkey keilbasa. I already ate half. Gotta take a 20min break form it, still full from breakfast. I keep forgetting I can't do large portions of dry baked potatoes. It makes me full for hours

I'm thinking tomorrow il pin 150 test and 150 eq and start sd on Sunday at 20mg. For 3 weeks stay on 300/300/20 test/eq/sd .

Then drop sd and run test 300 eq 450 for as long as I can make progress and adjust from there

So just for the heck of it I took the 20 mg cap last night and I have a stuffy nose today lol
