What's up AM family!!?? Back with another log. Huge thanks to @delsolrob and the rest of the crew @ Iconic Formulations for giving me this opportunity to log their newest product, Icon One.
For those of you that don't know me, I'm currently sitting at 48 years old, 5'7" and 192. I've been on trt for about 1.5 years now, pinning ed with a slin pin for a total of 210mg a week.
I'm dealing with a pinched sciatic nerve which has limited some of the exercises I can do. Walking/running/standing has become hard for me. I can sit pain free. Therefore, my cardio is my mountain bike.
I work rotating 12 hour shifts, so I have a lot of time off during the week.
My diet will be clean, with a higher emphasis on protein with carbs focused around my workouts.
My main goal for this log is leaning out and possibly putting a little bit of size on. Here in South Louisiana, pool days are right around the corner, and I'm determined to see my abs this year!!

Thank you to all that follow! I'll be posting up as much as possible and keeping you updated with pics and what/how I'm feeling. I don't post much workout details as far as sets/reps..

Ok, now for a quick update.. This stuff dries extremely FAST!! I took a shower upon waking and applied 6 pumps to various parts and within seconds, it was drying! Very nice. It's also about 99% scent free! Although, I am a little stuffed up when I wake, but I really don't smell anything.

Off to the gym!!!

Thanks. Our gym is usually around -20° and I very rarely am able to sweat unless it's cardio.. Lol.
I'll definitely keep it in mind though. All of my workouts are in the morning. Whether it's cardio on the trails or in the gym, or weights, it's all usually 1st thing in the morning.
 
oh yea ... nice straight jumping into 6 pumps from day1 denzel:myman

yeah sweating or taking shower quickly ..and not giving enough time is another thing to think about on topicals .. expeirment to see what works :)

@delsolrob - on the new products .. would you guys put like appx so so many pumps will give you this much of 1andro , dhea and other stuff

instead of just like a prop blend like sustain & derma has

just a thought
 
@delsolrob is there a specific time this stuff should be applied or just kinda send it whenever?

You would want to apply in the AM. applying topical androgens at night can cause insomnia

There's a reason to the madness - if you make a lotion look like a supplement, it's no longer compliant as a cosmetic. we have to be very careful with how it's labeled

Ok, so now I'm roughly 12 hours post application.

Day 1 thoughts.

1st off, lime I mentioned this morning, the speed at which it dried was incredible.

Around 4 this afternoon, just sitting here, minding my own business, folding piles of laundry, I felt a little different.. It felt like I had a full upper body pump, but at the same time, I felt a slight headache coming.. I also felt like the libido kicked in too. Again, I was folding laundry.. Lol. Like, really horny..🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Definitely excited to see what's going on in a few more days.

You probably should have started more laundry and hopped on the washing machine. That’s what I would have done, and taken a PWO.

lol...modern washing machines aren't nearly as fun as they were back in the day....used to sit my wife on top it-those were the days!!!

Day 2

Had a great shoulder workout this morning. Didn't want to leave. I know this is a topical, so it kicks in a little faster, but I'm already feeling full & tight.. I love that feeling. Keeps me hungry for the next workout.
I'm working nights this weekend. I should have napped today, but instead went for a quick mountain bike ride. Wanted 15 miles, but the trails were just way too muddy.
Probably won't hit the gym tomorrow. Gotta go to my daughter's bball game and then sleep.

Since I've started this, nothing I eat, drink, or do has changed.. I noticed again today a feeling of heightened blood pressure. I already take a pill for it. Just ordered a bottle of carditone off of Amazon to help with bp sides. Didn't feel the libido boost I had yesterday. It's only day 2.

Day 4

Not much to update today.
Friday night at work we had half the plant shutdown on us.. 12 straight hours of scrambling around, trying to maintain.. Last night we attempted to start it back up. They held me over 3 extra hours this morning, so again, no workout.. Tonight looks like another long one.
Hoping to get a few hours sleep tomorrow morning and then hit the gym..

I did notice that the bp issues seem to have diminished..
Despite not working out, I'm still feeling fuller/harder all over.

Arm day tomorrow.
 
Day 5

Arm day

Got home from work this morning hit the showers and got 3.5 solid hours of sleep. Woke up, applied the lotion, & 1 hour later was on the rowing machine burning the calories.

For me, arm day is always fun. All exercises are supersets with minimal rest in between sets.
By the 2nd warmup set, the blood was flowing and the pump was killer!! You sure this isn't anavar?? Lol. All sets were roughly 10-12 reps. Again, the vascularity was epic!!

No bp issues any more, but I noticed last night at work some sensitivity in my nipples. I've always been prone to gyno flare ups, so I have exemestane on hand.

Day 6 - I keep forgetting to weigh in...

Focusing on the recomp, I decided to hit the rowing machine again this morning. I did 2000m in just over 10 minutes. Anybody else out there row? Yesterday was my first time. I like it. No impact on the body. Great cardio.. after that, I did another 15 minutes of steady biking.

From there, I went to the weights and did legs. Already pumped and tired from the cardio, I did deadlifts with 50lb dbs. Knocked out calves and then extensions and curls. My legs are gonna be sore tomorrow!!

True story. Last night, my 9 year old daughter told me I had chicken legs.. WTF!!?? Words hurt..

Weight 190 - down 3!!

After what seemed like a very long break (2 days) from the gym, I was able to get back in there this morning. I started another thread looking for full body workout suggestions, trying to get the most out of every workout, every time I'm able to get in the gym..
I started this morning with 10 exhausting minutes on the rowing machine and started with the weights.
Bench
Db deads
Db military press
Later pulldowns supersetted with face pulls
Cable pec flies
Curls/rope press downs
Smith machine shrugs

All were 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps with minimal rest between sets. I probably did a little more than I needed to, but I'm addicted to the iron. Lol. I was definitely sucking some wind at the end!
Already planning tomorrow's workout.

Feeling fantastic right now. My AI has helped with the nipples and bp is regulated by meds and eod low dose liquid cialis. Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed
