@The Solution thanks for the hook up and awesome discounts!!! I love how thick the R1 protein is, the consistency is a lot more shake like than most others even when only using water. The flavors I have had so far are quite good Chocolate and Birthday Cake to be exact. Will be trying the Fruity Cereal, Banana and Chocolate Peanut Butter for the first time this weekend. I am sure I will enjoy them too.

Oh yeah you can't beat a free duffle bag in the mix! Was just about to buy a new gym bag when I saw the option for this as a freebie!

Just to update on my R1 Protein flavors. The Banana is good, but a very strong banana flavor. I am planning to use it for mixing smoothies with Peanut Butter! Now the Fruity Cereal I think is my new favorite fruit flavor!!!! When i saw that @The Solution was saying it tasted like Fruity Pebbles I wanted to dismiss that as a little bit of hype. I mean c'mon protein that taste like Fruity Pebbles.... I just don't see it happening. Was expecting a very nice and good flavor based off of his comments but this stuff tastes like Fruity Pebbles, like literally right down to the aftertaste. I have been knocking down 2 scoops of this intra with various carb sources and loving it. I wish I had got a few more.

I WILL DEFINITELY BE WATCHING FOR MORE BOGO's on this one and ordering multiple containers. Solution, if you can recommend to them this should be in a 5 lb, it is going to be a best seller in my opinion!

Actually just tried a sample of the R1 fruity cereal today. It was damn good, but I still give a slight edge to spartan whey for this particular flavor.
I think you’re right though, R1 tastes just like fruity pebbles. Spartan is more like fruit loops

Edit- on that note, just got 10lbs of the fruit loop spartan whey and a tub of blue raspberry vasoblitz. Interested to see how the blue raz tastes but going to finish one of my other tubs before I open it

Awesome thanks for the comparison there. I will also keep an eye out for bogos on that one. I actually like fruit loops more than fruity pebbles so that could be a major win! Also PLEASE DO UPDATE ON THAT BLUE RAZ!!!!

Unfortunately they are not haha. For the price R1 is VERY hard to beat. Somehow managed to get 10lbs of the Sparta + the vasoblitz and a couple shakers for just under 100 but I’m 99% sure it was a pricing error. Took the company a couple weeks to ship it out and they only did so after I called them
 
Rule 1 and Spartan are my two favorite proteins right now. This morning I have Sparta Cinnamon Toast Crunch with a hand full of Blue Berries tossed in, tasted Just Like Blue Berry Pie with Cinnamon Crumb Topping !!!! YUM !!

Then will more than likely just stick with the R1 for that as i have zero complaints, but probably try that Blue Raz if the reviews are right!

I didn’t like the KitKat at first but it’s growing on me
The CnC is wildly overrated but still pretty good. I just don’t get any cookie out of it which is disappointing. All cream on that one

Rule1 I’ve only had the fruit cereal and the salted caramel. Both were really damn good though. Once I burn through the absurd protein stash I have I definitely plan to explore more of their flavors.

This seems as general a thread to ask but have any of you any experience of Mutant whey? I’ve used their pro100 before and liked it but I’ve found a really good deal on their Mutant Whey and I’m looking for feedback.

Looking at either vanilla or cookies n cream. They have strawberry but that’s a universally terrible flavour so I’m giving it a swerve.

Haha no experience with mutant whey. I agree about strawberry to some extent, but if you haven’t tried iForce’s it is nothing short of incredible. Myprotein strawberry cream is pretty good as well
 
Yea, It’ll take something incredible to get me to change my mind on strawberry but for now I’m just looking at the mutant whey because of the deal I found

I've used mutant whey, only in cookies and cream but it was great both as a shake and mixed with the likes of yogurt. I also rate both the pro 100 and iso surge.
 
Also be aware that the carb and sugar count is relatively high with mutant whey but if that's not an issue it's great for getting your protein count up.

Cheers. Not overly fussed as it’s in check elsewhere. I’m just after one that tastes really nice as I don’t particularly enjoy drinking it but at the minute needs must.

Mystery Flavor (Rocket Pop) – I have had a lot of rocket pop or bombsicle flavors in the past, but this one is right up there as one of my all-time favorites. Just like Rainbow Candy FullBlitz the flavor is pure and has a sweet aftertaste to it. The initial taste is heavy in the cherry and lime with the blue raspberry being the undertone aftertaste. The two additions enhance the overall mouth feel and taste provided by the pre-workout. While there is a stronger ratio of cherry and lime all the flavors provide a complimenting trifecta of flavoring. Matt (The owner of Build Fast Formula) was not kidding when he said this was the best flavor to date.

Mixability

The product mixed with ease in a blender bottle. After a few shakes, there are no particles floating around. The powder is extremely light and started to mix just hitting the water. Just received one of each flavor. They are fantastic! I like the Granny Apple Shot *slightly* more than the Gel Oh Shot, but both taste phenomenal.
