I will say preworkout I personally really feel it as well. Everything just gets a boost, lifts, endurance, pumps etc.
Couldn’t agree more, it’s really shining for me in this department as well. It would be awesome if these effects become even more pronounced as time goes on!

Keep in mind that this is just speculation..

Many times, we can have some kind of nerve impingement or other damage without it reaching the level of conscious neuropathic pain or weakness. Much like a deep cut on, say, your finger or a surgical recovery, when nerves begin to regrow it can be pretty uncomfortable - much like the feeling you describe.

It's possible that you had less than ideal nerve functioning that is beginning to regenerate from the BMP. Good news is that it should resolve pretty quickly, and you SHOULD see better Mind-Muscle connection, balance, etc. Try focusing on something like calf raises and see if you don't notice a pretty dramatic increase in muscle growth and/or strength.

Now that you've mentioned it... I have this spot on my back where I get pins and needles all the time and a burning sensation, on a scan it showed up as slight calcification or something like that forgot what they said, but it was a small spot. Since starting BMP I havent got that sensation

I agree with all that’s stated above. Love the pumps and endurance. I’m on my second bottle. Officially this is my favorite product to date!

I also like to take the BMP pre-workout. Anytime before up to 2 hours seems to give me better workouts. It isn't something I notice necessarily while I am doing it - I just feel like I'm having a good workout. When I'm using it every day and I don't take that dose, I started to notice that my bad workouts tend to be on those days that I don't take it before the workout.

Overall, this is my favorite product on the market today. In the global "best supplement you've ever used" thread - I stated Lipokinetix was my favorite of all time. That stuff would make me lose 15 pounds a month without effort back in the day. It was honestly the best thing I've ever used for fat loss by a LONG shot. And it caused liver damage.

BMP is neck and neck for me with that product - although it is not a fat burner. And in contrast to Lipo, my research on the ingredients reveals a TON of side benefits for health. It may not be as dramatic as Lipo was - but works and it is actually probably very healthy for people. It can also be very effective in a cut or a bulk. I will be using it year round.

I’ll say it again... there’s some kind of synergy between BMP and epicatechin. Try it.

MyoSynergy, the first epicatechin product released in this industry, has a HUGE upgrade coming that will blow you away.

Remember. BMP expression is already highly antagonistic to MyoStatin...and the combination of the two is going to deliver a homerun.

I used that combo a long time ago and had great results. Probably the most effective natural stack I have ever used. I can't wait to run it again with both of the improved versions.

Thinking this will be my next combo.
Don’t think, just do it! I’m on BMP right now, along with 600mg Epicatechin oral and I’m also on an Epicatechin transdermal product. The synergy is like a light ph cycle. Anxiously awaiting the new Myosynergy product. But in the meantime, try what I am doing.

Been using OG BMP for over 6 months along with Folidrone (Vector) and switched out OG BMP for new BMP a few weeks - excellent stack. I am excited for Myosynergy as well!

Curious if there are any supplements you are specifically aware of that may inhibit the BMP pathways? In other words, could some of us be unknowingly sabotaging optimal results by taking something else random? Like too much Spirulina (just a random example, and I don’t take any), or even eating too much of a certain food?

On another note, it’s nice to see that (-)-epi is complimentary to BMP, as I am a chronic user of that anyway. Seems that Ursolic Acid is also quite supportive of BMP pathways - would you agree?

Also, I am currently on Toremifene during my PCT. From what I gather, SERMs generally seem to interfere with BMP-2 and BMP-4, but I am curious about your opinion on the impact of SERMs on the BMP pathways we are targeting..

Sorry about all the questions 😬

You know I would love it if Dsdade came up with his own Ursolic Acid product that actually worked, absorbed well. Imagine a real CycloDextrin Ursolic Acid. if its possible to make Im sure it wouldve been done or Dsdade could do it.

The bioavailabilty just isnt very high. Sure patrick arnold has his sprays that Ive tried, but they dont do very much sadly.

Not standalone Ursolic Acid, but Top Muscle was pretty damn good with immediate effects.

There is an oral product by another company that offers that (along with some other ingredients), and it has many fans here on AM. It did just get a makeover, but that ingredient remained untouched.

Who knows though, maybe that will be a piece of the the new MyoSynegy Elite!

Yeah but I’m sure top muscle would be just as good without it.
The absorption of it just isn’t good enough and was probably added for the synergy benefits.

I remember the hype when PA released it orally but it just didn’t live up to the expectations of all the research on it unfortunately.

Name of it,? Or PM I’d just want to see the ingredient list to see what makes it so special.

I’ve seen many ursolic acid products, some with just added black pepper to hope for better absorption/results. All disappointing.

Well, since it has already been mentioned in this thread...it’s called Hydra Head Six. Just got revamped, so you probably still won’t find a label yet. Ingredients are posted though in the new product release thread within the past few weeks.

I believe in Dsades product, along with antaeus labs they're the few companies that I trust with innovation and products that work. Not copycats like 99% of the industry. I didnt mean to imply that he just threw it in like a kitchen sink supplement. Im just saying ursolic acid has had below average results in all the supplements that have been released with it because of its bioavailability. I remember when Patrick Arnold released Ursobolic, they hype was unreal I must have purchased 20 bottles. But it just didnt live up to the hype, the bioavailability is just horrible. So what I was saying is that most likely Dsdade added it knowing it would absorb better with his topical and enhace the absorption along with synergy benefits of the other ingredients.

Cardiotryx was amazing-took it snowboarding and running and I couldnt believe my endurance.
Strafe recovery overnight was like nothing ive ever tried.
Clear Edge is another winner.
BMP is probably my favorite non anabolic supplement. Ive said before it could be anavars younger brother lol
Slintensity and Sleephoria both worked well for me.

Hence I'm a huge fan :)

Alan,
I'd try a topical anti-histamine spray like Benedryl, or some other OTC analgesic antipruritic (like VapoRub or something with Phenol in it.) Or, a non-sedating oral anti-histamine like Chlorpheniramine. Any of those should combat the histamine release itch from BMP without blatantly compromising results.

Oh, and like HIT4ME said, stay away from shady bathhouses. :)

haha. Seems like yesterday but it must be like 6-7 years ago now. and they were only about $15 each and I wanted to mega dose it. They sold out so quick because it was the first time to be released.

Unfortunately I don’t think the Rhodiola in BMP agrees with me. Have been having mild headaches and feeling groggy since starting (have been reading that some experiences these unwanted side effects with RR). Going to stop the BMP, and try again down the road when I’m feeling like myself again.

Any reason BMP would cause a nose bleed? My wife has never had one in her life but had three the past week. Her blood pressure is just fine. Or totally unrelated?

Shouldn't be BMP. Not sure about your weather, but ours is ALL over the place, going from bone dry to "holy crap, shoot me" humid.

My sinuses are all dried out.

I just started on Tuesday. By Tuesday afternoon I started feeling out of sorts, and then the next two days I felt worse. Was going to try and push through, but just feeling too crappy. Will give it a go again later this year. Hopefully just a mere coincidence.

In a few weeks, I'm going to have to take a week off of all supps. I have about 1.5 bottles left of BMP. Should I bump up the dosage a bit so I finish the bottles before I need to take the week off? Just finish up the open bottle and save the second or just take the week off and hop back on right afterwards?
