It is a stimulant free fat burner. I’m taking as I’m getting gains I want but keep holding on to unwanted belly fat. Hoping this will help. I’m not really on a bulk but more of a recomp

Not at all .. I’m bulking all the time and I always threw in some sort of leaning products (old lean edge + reduce) worked well

Now can throw in new lean edge with AE/Mtest

I took a dose about 45 mins before bed last night and I had a really good sleep. I was extremely tired from a long sift at work though. My dreams were very vivid, this could be due to how tired I was but I do wanna experiment with a pre bed dose again.

I actually started this last night as well and vivid dreams are definitely something I experienced as well.

I'd second getting it from strong. Ordered there multiple times to the UK, fast service and usually works out cheaper than buying the same in the UK.

Just did a bi/tri workout and while I will say there is much much more to Anabolic Effect then just amazing pumps, I would hands down buy this product just for the pumps I experienced today. I’ve tried so many pump products, including nitrates and nothing legal has ever come close to the pumps I experienced today.
 
Man, everyone's posts are making me excited, i just wanna run it with m test and be done with it, i've never used m test so i know it's not the right approach to run 2 new products

It's a stack that a lot of people are running and a stack that makes perfect sense. There are people that will say of course to not add 2 new products in at once so you can see what you're getting from each but then there is the large school of thought that hey, its your body and your results and most people do want to maximize them.

I was gonna do m test and x gels, i'm scared of the joint impact of x gels, since my shoulders can be kinda kranky sometimes, although i have run it in the past and didn't note additional shoulder pain, i just didn't like the run all that much. in saying that i know most people love it, i might just have been a non responder. that's why i'm kind of leaning towards AE and m test

I’m going to do M test and AE for a 12 week run in total. I am a little higher BF than I’d like but I want to eat enough calories to take advantage if the stack. I am competing late next year so hopefully we see some extraordinary progress. I’m an advanced trainee so I can definitely gauge if this will be useful. It’s been a long time I felt a supplement truly made a significant difference.

Yes sir. I’m taking it with xgels and glycerpump also but I’ve been taking those for awhile now. The addition of the Anabolic Effect really made the difference.

Xgels -ara to me is the single best ingrident out there but yea due to the inflammation not every1 runs it .. I can run it back to back and my brother can’t handle a week on it ..so yea not for everyone

Yeah that should be a fun run .. a lot of pple are getting 8-12weeks of mtest & AE

I love Epi-Plex, especially for endurance. I think it would make for a great stack with Anabolic Effect.

Epi-plex is very underrated .. 1st 300mg per cap along with 20mg piperine .. would enhance other supplements imo as well

18 grams of (-)-epicatechin per bottle ..love it.

Yes. I always noticed this from icariin, but this is another level.

I'm starting to see endurance benefits too. I did 40 2 handed swings, then 20+20 single hand for a total of 200 with the 32kg/70lb, then did 2 x 10 windmills on each side. Typically I would just to the swings and 150-160 before I'm tapped.

Ordering some here in a few. Also just started m test today, will be stacking them. First run with m test, never had a reason to suspect my test was low but reading reviews and logs it sounds like something I’d enjoy, at the price why the hell not run it

Ha, even if you're not worried about your test the feel good/libido part of M-Test is worth it for $30 or less.

I do keto OMAD right after my evening workout, how would you all recommend dosing here? Debating whether I want to do my second dose before the workout or after the workout but before my meal. Planning on doing one serving upon waking

Also I know M test says to take with food, any reason taking without would be an issue? Started that yesterday, been doing 3 pills AM 3 pills before bed

Thanks for the response. I’m taking mk677 currently and supplementing berberine to keep blood sugars in check. Was just wondering if I could drop that when I start this.

I take mine without food a lot of times.
