Haven't tried PRE APOCALYPSE but it looks like it has a good profile.

This shows me you don't have a clue about proper profiles or ingredients.

Beta Alanine needs to be 3.2g ... thats 1/3rd the dose in the pre above
Citrulline Malate needs to have another 5-7g to be adeuqate ... thats 5x or 7x more
1g of creatine.. that is 2-4g short.. again VERY under dosed
that alone right there shows this product is garbage and horribly underdosed

If someone paid more then $5 for the full size product they are overspending on low dosed garbage.

I have been following you guys reviews, I think I'm gonna jump on that train soon. I want both blitz products. I like the building effects get better as you go. Looks like after 14 days it gets better and better.

I have a dam shoebox full of pwo samples that I mix in about every 4 or 5 workouts. Some are surprising, and some are meh!!

I have gone through about 6 tubs of Vaso Blitz, but I really like the all in one Full Blitz with only using the Vaso Blitz on Cardio and Off Days.

Vaso Blitz is good stuff. Haven't tried the full blitz yet. Had a guy at the gym give me 3 tubes of jym pre. Plus I have some others laying around.

Baked chicken / white rice / oven roasted carrots and asparagus / Valentina hot sauce

Not to shabby of a dinner when you get off at 430pm, do 2 estimates on the way home. Have a service come to the house for an estimate to detail my boat for the season, shower, and be back to town by 615pm for a bball game. Go Go Go!!!!!

My schedule is loaded.

You follow the plan and reap the results. Gotta keep grinding. Once that shoulder is 100% we will keep adding more fuel to the fire and the doc gives us the clearance

Do you do direct forearm training? Your forearms look awesome, I’ve been adding in a few sets here and there to try and bring them up.

Nothing direct, I will say my forearms are respectful. It comes from splitting wood my whole life by hand with an 8lb splitting mall. Also I seem to always have some type of power equiptment in my hands. I was arm wrestling king back in school
