What brand did you buy for Arjuna? Was looking at some on Amazon, then felt like I’d seen it in your log so came back in here for feedback!
Himalaya. Their liv52 was always good, stateside or the Indian formulation, so I trusted them - I am not disappointed in quality of packaging or first impressions. The Arjuna pressed tabs are soft and brown and very much appear to be a mix of bark and extracts as advertised. One bottle is a 2 month supply of the recommended one tab per day. Some guys may take 2 but I’m looking at it more from a longterm health aid.

Yes. Reason I asked is, it’s an Ayurvedic herb being used in India since ages in villages (mostly) for heart issues like continuos chest pain, irregular heart beat etc.. was just wondering the reason for use.
Hyde I’m in here trying to catch up.. Was the Osta worth running? I’ve been sitting on one for 2 years and am always afraid to run it between cycles since reports of elevated liver enzymes here and there.

That pressing strength will come back up in no time man. You just havent lifted with a "heavy" effort intent on upper body in a while. Dont trip.
Calves suck just as bad as curls. Dunno about you but mine stay sore for ages because i never work them.

Been away.. How is the bi healing up?
I should be getting results from bloodwork Monday I expect - will update you ASAP. I actually dropped the 5mg I was taking Thursday as I expect it to be suppressive at least (and I’m out of the brace completely now), but if my LH, TT, & liver values come back good enough I may get back on - I do indeed feel like it has helped maintain a better composition.
Really well. 7.5wks post op & using it fully for day to day activities. Working on restoring complete ROM for supination & pronation - once that’s complete in a few weeks I’ll be ready to start training on it!
TB500 & BPC157 = would recommend for healing research.
Liver enzymes look great, a few points high barely. starting to see a trend when people take legit Osta, it does what it’s supposed to do and isn’t bunked prohormones, doesn’t stress the liver.
Did some number crunching & planning. Running low dose Clen thru 4/3 (15 days total). That day will be low carb, and 4/4-7 will be keto. I am going to fast beginning 4/8-14 for 7 days, Monday-Sunday. If I desire I “could” extend the fast out 10 days. Either way 4/18 I see the surgeon and expect to begin light full training again.
2019 will be forever live on as as the year of the fast in AM history. Havent seen a trend like this sweep across the forum maybe ever since ive been on here. You guys have seen me talk about it before, so you know i am into it...to a certain degree. Some on here take it a bit over the top though.

Ran out of time but a good day. Felt like hammered crap before gym so loaded up on preWO & ephedrine and willed myself to set the rep PR I needed to progress today - everything after was easy. Helped a random 60 year old woman bench 100lbs, so that was cool. She paused it for a 3 count probably!
PS Hyde, you Sir are a badass in my book. The way you have handled this injury could probably teach most of us a thing or two, and definitely including myself in that.
Haha oh yeah I remember but not from this page tho. I do think this page is a bit special cause people seem to be able to look at studies themselves rather than saying what the other guy told them. The knowledge on this board is through the roof.
I also remember people saying that test was stronger than orals, that superdrol wasn't a real steroid and that all prohormones superdrol included was more dangerous

Nice! I plan to try my hand at squatting this weekend! Going to reset my hips, stretch my foot and ankle, then do a lot of glute activation work first. Then probably work with 135 maybe up to 225 or so and see how things are feeling after a day or two.
Now I’m craving gummy worms
