Most on-the-go jobs even you can still pack a shaker to drink, and either eat a tub of cold salted rice on the side or another shaker of blended sweet potato & pb. If you have the will to win, you find ways to get what you need!
I don’t see anything wrong with pan frying in olive oil - most guys on anabolics should be paying more attention to getting healthy fats like that in. The trick is to be very realistic about accounting for the calories. 3tbsp is a whopping 420 calories, & offers no satiety. But it is a healthy source of nutrition for the body.
