DC's New Year, New Life 2019

Blended tuna isn’t bad at all, if you season it and don’t overdo the water/fish ratio.

Chicken and spinach make a great shake too. This is something Derek Poundstone made famous and used by lots of higher level athletes if digestion/time/lack of hunger can becomes an issue at times. Most on-the-go jobs even you can still pack a shaker to drink, and either eat a tub of cold salted rice on the side or another shaker of blended sweet potato & pb. If you have the will to win, you find ways to get what you need!

I don’t see anything wrong with pan frying in olive oil - most guys on anabolics should be paying more attention to getting healthy fats like that in. The trick is to be very realistic about accounting for the calories. 3tbsp is a whopping 420 calories, & offers no satiety. But it is a healthy source of nutrition for the body.

Totally didn't remember to track or take pics of any food today except for my breakfast. Been a busy day with the wife, and daughter. Tonight my daughter went to a friends house so the wife and I headed to the gym. Not all sure what she did. She's mainly doing lightweights and nothing overhead due to an injury, and following what her PT told her to do. With that said here was my arm day.

I will put this out there, and it is the last y'all hear of it. Cause apparently some of you are tired of hearing it. I have been blown up 49 times, shot twice, and stabbed once. I have been though one of the worse firefights since Vietnam. But there are 2 things that still bother me and ALWAYS will. In 2004 I ran over an 8yr old child after an IED went off and we got ambushed. The other was 2008, I told one of my soldiers to stay on a vehicle cause it was the safest place for him. They blew the vehicle in halve and he lost his right leg at the hip, and left leg above the knee, broke his neck. And died 48 days after he got married at 18 yrs old. I will never forget those 2 days and fight with it every day. I live for those 2 people cause they no longer can.

Just bought the wifey some dark chocolate kodiak mix for when she’s feeling froggy - throw a little Walden Farms no calorie flavored syrup or caramel sauce on or some sugar-free cheaper syrup (Kroger makes a great cheap one that’s 15 cal/tbsp) and life is goooood

Glad the wife was able to get in the gym with you, DC! Always strengthening for a relationship.

Not sure it's a thing where you live but have you tried vanilla ice cream with maple syrup? Or pancakes with vanilla ice cream abs maple syrup? If not you know what to do!

Number one easily, not that I was anywhere near Phil heath but I have had the more bulky look before and all you need is some tren and anadrol lol. Nah I'm an athlete I do wrestling and running so definitely number one

It just doesn’t matter to me - I LOVE maple flavor, and I love anything sweet. I like my options!

Is there a hidden powerbear optional to the right of Phil?? Always appreciated Brandon Lilly’s “physique”.

Lilly is a beast

First off - progress pics looking good DC!

Second - Swole of course! Then brandon lilly-like....then whatever that 3rd option is. NOT that I'd try for his "physique " but I love the freaky-ness of a Dave Crosland type character.

First guy every time. Bigger I get the harder it is to control not feeling like sh1t. And the biggest I've been is only around 220. Notice the first guy has the bigger chest too, everyone has weak areas they can't overcome due to genetics.

I'll go with #1, but just trying to get better everyday.

It's been 30 years since I had alligator, I don't even remember if I like it ???

It was the 3rd time for me. My stepdad has a buddy down south that sends him stuff all the time. I had the choice of alligator or muskrat....

Muskrat, No Thank you!

Not sure it's a thing where you live but have you tried vanilla ice cream with maple syrup? Or pancakes with vanilla ice cream abs maple syrup? If not you know what to do!

that sounds much better than alligator or muskrat!!!

Battered and fried alligator is delicious! Better than fried chicken for sure, like a chicken/fish hybrid if you couldn’t decide at Long John Silver’s or something

I like you Hyde so I am going to take your word on it...maybe some day!!!

Had it one time when I was in PCB. I think they messed it up because it was extremely salty. Didn’t like it one bit.

Alligator is amazing. My favorite is blackened, however fried or in a sauce piquante is excellent as well. But I would agree you have to know how to cook it.

On a side note My wife works at an alligator farm
