DC's New Year, New Life 2019

First initial bf% report. Just using height, weight, age, neck circumference, and waist circumference. Should get better reports once my new caliper comes in.Invalid Link Removed
 
I just checked mine today and it showed me BF of 26.1%. I never thought I would fall into Obese Category.
 
I applied for Life Insurance through my work I was decline because I was Obese !!
 
My wife gets all the money. She wil make sure they pay. Sometimes I catch her looking at me weird and I swear she is plotting on me.

lucky they came on site with a nurse and did our evaluations for life insurance. I remember I was obese on whatever they used. She laughed and told me not to worry.

I wish I was, but with the wife's MS this weather is better for her. So we are here. And we will stay here, until she tells me otherwise. Lol
 
That's what I thought. May be 18-20%. But, the machine says 26%. For my cut, this is where I am going to start and go back to the same machine and see where I end up.

The machine is a filthy liar! Probably a friend of my scale.

Your glucose level is almost out of range (which could just be from consuming cho prior to your draw). I just saw it was 1pt from being out of range, so I was curious. IIRC most people range (prior to a meal) between 70-90 if they’re not diabetic (I could be completely off base here).

It might have been from the coffee creamer that morning. I forgot I was getting blood drawn that morning.

Actually been monitoring this myself for a fee months. Info I came across is if you have 3 consecutive fasted glucose levels >115 (might be off by 5 either way) you are considered prediabetic. Actually started berberine and will have bloodwork soon to show if it really does what it is supposed to.

I will keep an eye on it guys, but I think it was I just screwed up that morning. Looking back on my past few blood draws online today. My Glucose was I believe at +/- 90. Buy a few points either way.
