Although I in no way support the vegan religion of fanatical moral superiority, I liked this because it did sound pretty delicious (especially if those were cooked in with some rice!).

I wish I tolerated beans better because I love them so much. Had some black beans on my tilapia with taco sauce today and it was legit...then I was farting up a storm 3 hours later.

The beans were a stew (I guess what its called). The fruits raw. No problems here with beans and lentils. BUT oats.... Can't eat oats. Gives me insomnia, constantly waking up to LOUD farts, sounding like a train horn.

Oats I am the same way. Gotta be powdered and in moderate amounts (like in a protein bar or blended shake), but even cooked quick oats bloat me fierce - can’t digest em for anything without heavy processing.

I have to hand it to him brother! I'm trying not to ego lift. finally feeling good. But who knows. I will be putting the Hex press back on my next 8 week workout. Need to try them on a flat bench.

I watched you video yesterday also, you definitely made it look easy. This morning was my chest down. I've never done the hex press before. At this time 60lb dbs are the heaviest I have. Cranked 3 sets of 12. Could definitely feel it in the chest. I need more weight.......

60lbs? That is called puzzpress. 100lbs is hexpress.

Loop a band behind your back, twisted once like a figure 8, with the ends in each palm like you’d do a band resisted push-up. You can make those 60s into any weight you want at the top with enough band tension!

Sorry I misread its meditech not medtech, two different companies I found the site. Its not from Paraguay. Seems legit but who knows.
