Should I up proviron to 100mg ?

I have honestly never run Proviron, and it several years ago that I looked into it. So not sure what the best dose would be, and don't want to give you bad advice on that. If you have had good results at 75 before then no reason to go up in my opinion.

I think with the cycle you have you are set up nicely. The 400mg of test should provide plenty androgens to assist with the fat loss, and is enough to drive anabolism, the NPP will bump up anabolism even more which will increase overall caloric use as it takes a lot of energy to build muscle. I think for your goals you are pretty well squared away.

I train intuitively, deciding exercises right at the gym. No plan, just doing it. Every now -and then, I will do my typical masochistic workouts, you'll find them here in this log.
Diet is intuitive too.
Yes, I watch macros, especially protein -and I do not cheat, besides some bourbon/cola on Saturdays (Hey, don't judge me for that, hypocrite!)
I don't use supplements like Creatine, Whey or BCAA's -but a multi VIT-B supplement and Fish oil (and some gear :) ).

Well, as most know, I'm not a man who believes -I only have reasonable expectations.

All boils down to nutrition now. Intermittent fasting for the win!
Yesterday's only meal, after pm workout:
-350gr Tilapia filet with a cup of white rice
-250gr ground meat with some veggies
-1 small cup of yogurt
-a dozen grapes
-150gr peanuts
 
Look at the "pleasure horn" at the tip!
First kick azz, then wiggle.

Started my cycle today, as previously mentioned:

*250mg/w NPP
*75mg/d Proviron
*0.5mg adex e3d-e4d
*0.25mg caber e3d
*Duration: -unknown-
Will take some time until it kicks in. As you all can see, not a huge azz cycle, its not necessary and I'm an old fugger, have to watch prostate and BP.
In case I lactate again, I'll post milk-nipple pics.

Since one meal a day is a bit much in one session, I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't use it:

Betaine HCL.

Its basically gastric acid in pill form. I take it with every meal for optimal digestion. DemntedCowboy , you mentioned GERD in your log. Because upping stomach acid artificially with Betaine, the body reduces own acid production (Like external test reduces own test production).

Cure for GERD and ulcers:
-drop anti-acids like prilosec (important)
Buy: Betaine HCL, L-carnosine + zinc ( look for Swanson Pepzin Gi ) ,and mastic gum. Mastic gum on empty stomach, the rest with meals.

One to 2 month, GERD gone. HGP guarantee.

To try to avoid the Xanax, Vicodin, Motrin, Tylenol3, Percocet, Oxycodone. That they had me on after getting hurt.
