I train intuitively, deciding exercises right at the gym. No plan, just doing it. Every now -and then, I will do my typical masochistic workouts, you'll find them here in this log.
Diet is intuitive too.
Yes, I watch macros, especially protein -and I do not cheat, besides some bourbon/cola on Saturdays (Hey, don't judge me for that, hypocrite!)
I don't use supplements like Creatine, Whey or BCAA's -but a multi VIT-B supplement and Fish oil (and some gear :) ).

I already know how to twerk. I lived in Bavaria, and spent most of my time at Ireland Soccer, the Backside, Green Goose, and Faulein's. Every once in a while we would hit up Coons. You probably don't know any of those though. Lol

In and it can be done. If u check my bfbf% thread iveost a ton of fat and lifts are going up. Of course I attribute that to starting get and keeping carbs under 150ish a day.
 
It may take some time, some gear, some cardio and the right nutrition. Keeping carbs low is a given.

Keto, cardio, ephedrine and hate is one hell of a combo for me. Adding juice should make it quite stellar

To accomplish my goal I have chosen to use:

*400mg/w Test-E
*250mg/w NPP
*75mg/d Proviron
*0.5mg adex e3d-e4d
*0.25mg caber e3d
Starting in a few days.

I know, doesn't sound like much, not even ideal for a cut -but I already have it in the fridge.
Better choice would have been Test,Var, Primo, Clen -but don't have it at hand.

Diet will be: intermittent fasting, one meal x day after workout, feeding window 3 hours, low carb (not keto) with carb backloading after training days.
Training: 3-4 days x week full body, focus on volume.
Cardio of choice: Heavy bag

If I work on this will it get me big boulder shoulders like you??? I used my whole 80 minutes of training this morning trying to perfect this technique. What should I expect?
 
To build as much muscle as possible, maintain a positive nitrogen balance at all times even during fasting.

Its not for shoulders, its for better digestion -and if you do it quick, it shakes off nasty crumbs, clinging to butt hair after pooping.

I'm thinking of doing something like periodic intervals, like: 4 days of 500kcal deficit, followed by 3 days of 750kcal surplus. On deficit days focus on cardio, on surplus days getting the surplus from protein only and focus on hypertrophy.
Something like that... Not sure yet.
 
I know you said you're eyeballing it, but how much protein are you trying to get in with just one meal a day?

Meh, it is a great cycle for cutting. Maybe not a lot of androgens, but the list you put up wasn't extremely androgenic either. YOu will still stay pretty dry, and maintain or more likely grow a little extra LBM with it.

If you do that you will be in a 250 calorie per week deficit so right at maintenance but with more specificity throughout the week. Nice plan. Very similar to the 20% over / 20% under method that Lean Gains suggests for recomp which definitely works better for me for recomping than other diets I have tried.

Its one huge meal consumed in a 3 hour window. Did it before, barely works. Produces fire extinguisher sized turds, clogging the toilet.

Should I up proviron to 100mg ?
