Also, has anyone found the atractolydes in this to affect estradiol levels? Mine are naturally low and I get side effects if driven any lower.
I don’t recall anyone commenting on low E2 side effects. Someone from OL is probably more qualified to answer that than me though

FWIW bloods showed my total test was 174 points lower after 8 weeks of a King Slayer and TopMuscle run (824 to 650). E2 was actually a bit higher as well (21 to 27.6). I enjoyed that stack though so I’m hoping the blood results were a cause of lack of sleep and not actually that big of a fluctuation. It certainly didn’t raise test or lower E2 tho - something to keep in mind.

Just got 2 bottles of K1ngs Slayer in. I workout early morning, and I dosed 3 before a preworkout meal (50g carbs, 40g protein) then 3 postworkout (~80g carbs, 50g protein).

I may look to just take 3-4 post workout and 2-3 in the evening

KS + Massacr3 is where it’s at. Going on month 3 of that stack and so far I’m seeing very good gains in size along with a big appetite increase. All this while fat gain is at a minimum

Jebrook recommends this stack also...I will be trying soon after I finish my current run.

Should work very well for you. Pretty versatile and should work for a variety of goals, but would especially shine for a lean bulk where you're trying to stay relatively dry. What are your goals?

I’d like to get stronger, maybe improve testosterone levels and improve strength, but I prefer the idea of a lean bulk. I like where my weight and body fat is at right now.

Thinking of going with this same stack more towards the end of my bulk and see how that works for me. Probably the last 2 or 3 months

Theoretical question: if some of these ingredients increase Ghrelin, and a ketogenic diet decreases Ghrelin, any speculation as to which will win out? I really don’t want increased Ghrelin levels.

Any thoughts about coming out with a KME solo product?

Jebrook recommends this stack also...I will be trying soon after I finish my current run.
Starting month number 3 and my lean gains are on overdrive. Steadily increasing calories every couple of weeks as well

It would be speculation on my end but I imagine given the higher fat load and longer gastric emptying relative to a higher carb diet, then the ghrelin response will be lower despite the agonists (or the effect or ghrelin on hunger).

I grabbed this mostly due to the KME and how this is he same extract as the study. I would have been interested in a standalone.

That said I’m intrigued by the other ingredients benefits as well...should they really be felt immediately? I’ve taken two doses and I feel like I haven’t eaten all day despite normal food intake, trying to convince myself I’m just placeboing.

I grabbed this mostly due to the KME and how this is he same extract as the study. I would have been interested in a standalone.

it aint placebo affect...the appetite increase is for real!!!

take a dose and go to golden corral, you will get more than your moneys worth, lol.

If I start today, I’ll have 2 solid weeks of dosing with working out, but then I’ll be off a week again for another vacation. Would y’all recommend I wait to start until after that, or start now?

You are absolutely right. That is why it’s important to take KS at least 10-15 minutes before a meal.

I shot for 30 minutes, but dosed at least 20 minutes prior to eating for entire 2 months.

1 more question, for now...

If you start now then I would continue it while on vacation even if you don’t get to work out regularly. It would help mitigate some fat gain as well as keep your muscles a bit fuller. I’m assuming you will be eating plenty on vacation so it would help utilize the extra cals.

I for one have not ever taken more than 6 caps in a day and don’t really feel like there’s a need to go past the recommended dosage

6 is great for me as well, especially since I’m 175-180lbs. Was just genuinely curious if people have gone over the 6 caps/day

-The last and most weird one is that I seem to have lost a littlebit of fat even though I eat more, and a littlebit more dirty than I ate before

Overall its going pretty good for me so far, and as I said I haven't even finished the bottle yet, and might buy more bottles once I finish this, don't expect any miracles as this is not steroids, but if you are bulking, and have problems with your appetite, this one is worth it for sure

Keep in mind that I'm not sponsored in any way, I'm just a random guy who stumbled across this supplement randomly and decided to try it

Great feedback for sure. We appreciate it!! Definitely notice a lot of what you’re talking about as I’m on my 3rd month of this stuff and still going strong

A week in I’ve noticed a few things:
1) Acute hunger increases, but nothing insane. First day I was scared, but since I’ve noticed mild to moderate increases with a couple times feeling like I couldn’t satisfy it, but mostly I feel satisfied with the ability to put more away if I’d like to.
2) In-line with the above I do feel I’m digesting it better. I don’t feel as “full/bloated” after pretty much any meal lately.
3) I upped calories when hopping on this (had been each of the last 3 weeks), but no increase in weight this week on the scale. I don’t want to say I am leaner but increased vascularity around abs makes me “appear” leaner IMO.
4) Training is better this week than last but that was kind of to be expected. I’ve been making good progress so not ready to just assume this is helping. We will see how the weeks continue to go.

I am dosing 2 caps 3 times per day 15-30 minutes before breakfast, pre-workout and last meal of the day usually.

Sounds pretty good. If your main goal is to gain size/weight, add 200-250 cals from protein and starchy carbs every week if gains stall. As you can see food efficiency is markedly higher than usual

Solid info right there. I’m increasing calories every few weeks while on KS

Dont feel like reading through all these pages... whats the consensus on this stuff? How does it compare to vector? Vector made me feel hypo/anxious all the time no matter my calorie/carb intake so im curious to see if anyone has similar effects from KS. Looking to use it on a recomp through winter

Consensus: it’s awesome.

Compared to Vector: idk, haven’t tried Vector. I prefer KS profile anyways, though. You get the full 2g dosage of Korean Mistletoe Extract (KME)

Hypo/anxiety: not in my experience. Not really a GDA (although it does have favorable impact on GLUT-4 via KME), but will help with hunger, digestion, LMB accrual

I see it’s likely to increase hunger, but wondered if you’d still get the benefits if eating under maintenance cals?

It will assist with digestion and nutrient utilization, so you'd absolutely still get benefit out of it. Deep in the cut, I can see appetite management being an issue, but for recomp or small cut you should be fine.

To be honest, I much preferred its predecessor. I'm three weeks into KS and it's seemingly doing not very much at all besides spiking hunger. I'm not getting the fulness and response I got from Orig1n. Vector was the same, in that I only saw negatives, so I obviously don't respond to Korean Mistletoe or I take the opposite reaction to the vast majority of people.
I just got some Ep1logue and eagerly awaiting Test1fy to come back online in the UK so I can stick to what I know works best for me.
Not slating the product at all. More slating my poxy genetics for their lack of response to it.
