I get vaso6 with my CANNIBAL RIOT 300mg I beleive, well I dose 2 scoops so really 600. The pumps are insane, so today I skipped pwo and dosed 1 alpha lean a 1 cap of sns vaso6 which is 300mg per serving. Just gotta keep switchin things up to find the right concoction

I was successful with my concoction! ! I had veins popping in forearms and shoulders like crazy. Triceps were burning, biceps were hard as hell, and when I got to my core routine which is usually around 250 various crunches / situps. My abs were so pumped they were tight as sh1t. I literally could only do around 100 various crunches. ...I think I may have found something here fellas....vaso6/glycerol = SUPER PUMPS!!!!

That's the key! Keep switching it up so you don't get use to anything or build up any tolerances to one product.

Not sure how much you are paying for the glycerol as a supplement but you can find bulk vegetable glycerin for about $20-30 a gallon which is almost 5000 grams and does basically the same thing as far as super hydration and giving massive pumps.

Also you are killing it in here.

Thanks for the refrence MrKleen73, I got a bogo on sleeve buster a few months back for pennies. I will Def look into the veg glycerin. Thanks

Hell yeah i love fishing. I wemt on friday afternoon and had the biggest pike id seen in my life go for my lure. Literally 2 feet from my kayak. This thing was close to 4 feet long at least a good 30 pounds. Went for the lure... And missed it... God i was soooo pissed! I stayed in the same spot for another hour and a half and nothing lol

Did feel a lil stim effect, heavy sweat but take in consideration it was 100 degrees also. Nothing different in amount of times I pissed. Did sweat like alot this morning. Will do full dosage today

Thanks for looking out for me Rocket3015 , you are absolutely correct. I did up the h20 intake yesterday and even more so today. Been pissing about every 20 minutes it seems this morning. I've had a 24oz coffee, and 3/4 of a gallon so far. Mixing in some coconut water too.

Hahahahahha.....I pulled a sandwich baggie out of my lunch box and it had 2 strawberry in it. I was like wtf??? Now you see why, I don't think she could have fit a 3rd one in the bag..they were nice, red, and juicy too....to dam funny

Man, I really wish you were not doing this. That is a supplement for prepping for a show or maybe a set of pictures. However it truly dehydrates you and your electrolytes will get further and further out of balance. Being that you work so hard in your job, and the heat that is really just a dangerous balance. Add to that, tomorrow will be an even worse day for all of the urination too.

Not sure if it is really worth it considering the water loss will be gone a day or two after you stop the supplement and you will be right back to where you were before but probably not as healthy.

My suggestion if you really want to run this is save it for 2-3 days before your final pics. The progress you make from dehydrating now will visually be lost there at the end as you will have regained the water weight.

Also please do not confuse you drinking enough water with keeping you hydrated. If your electrolytes are off even if you have a ton of water in your system it can't make use of it where it needs it so you are in all practicality still in a state of dehydration as far as your body being able to make use of that water, as it needs the electrolytes to do so.

Thanks that means a lot on the first part! Definitely feel better knowing you are not working in the heat with this stuff. Tomorrow might be a little rough. You might try to get some Combo Lite Salt that has both sodium and potassium in there today to make sure levels are up to snuff. All of the urination drops a lot of electrolytes.

Nice! Glycerol is one of my go tos when i want a pump. That and agmatine & citrulline.
 
Off day as far as the gym, got normal 10.5 hour day ****. Gotta prep for a patio job tonight which will consist of 4 ton of cr6 all handwork, wheel barrel and shovel. Got 15 yards of mulch lined up for tomorrow equivalent to around 400 bags. Sunday will be grass cutting, 8 yards and 1 new yard complete ckeanup. This rain is killing me.

Still grinding this sh1t out, scale isn't moving ....up and down....to me I feel like I'm getting bigger but my dam 36"s are falling off my azz...definitely need 34"s now. Nutrition has been completely thrown out the window the last few weeks, nothing to crazy but not close to where it needs to be to lose weight. I'm definitely a fall/winter cut guy to do my schedule in the summer
 
That was this morning upon waking, had 2 turkey burgers on a bun, 1 beef burger no bun, 2 hot dogs no bun, whole sweet potato, brownie cupcake with vanilla icing, and........a slice of key lime pie.....YEZZIR!!....Bossman been eating good....hahahha
