2nd bottle of TRUE SHRED ends on sunday, kind of disturbing due do the fact it's right at the beginning of transformation contest. I will stay with ALPHA LEAN throughout. Wouldn't make sense to jump on my stash of MUSCLE SKULPTOR, prolly wouldn't kick in till about week 4 and don't think I could handle SKULPTOR and ALPHA LEAN at the same time. ......I have some other lil tricks in my stash to assist

TRUE SHRED ended on sunday, did a 7 week run with 2 bottles. Second bottle dosed 6 caps a day.
Total weight loss 15lb in 7 weeks with a lot of hard work and a shi**y diet. I will come back to TRUE SHRED in the fall and winter when I can control my diet and food prep better due to my schedule. Great product!

That's 5 days a week, saturday / sunday I try to do around 6-8 hours a day. Lawncare is only 8 months out of the year. I train and eat 100x better in the fall and winter. Beleive me bro, I have some days when I just ask myslef WHY?

I was reading some of your comments this morning on a different thred. I also found myself in trouble about 15 years ago and hope I never get in that situation again. For me family , training, and hard work keeps me grounded and safe. Downtime and my mine wanders

Hahahahh....my wife won't even let me bring my gym clothes in the house in the morming after working out. I have to strip down to my boxers and let them hang dry until I get home at night, then she will wash them. My 20 min warmup with a sauna jacket on gets me soaked...I love it!!!!!. Smell isn't to bad, about an 8 out of 10.

I'm back fellas, had wild wild weekend. Spent saturday and sunday on the river, lots of good food and alcohol. First workout since Saturday although I have still been a 1 man army with lawncare knocking down 2 or 3 yards a day by myself. I think we have 2 maybe 3 weeks left for transformation challenge? Gonna stay low key till then, will still post workouts and updates here. No more pics til then. There are some serious contenders up in that challenge. If I could keep nutrition in check I would be fine. I've been doing this sh1t for almost 3 years now and sometimes I just gotta let loose on the weekends.

Got mine from Walmart for around 20$, it's a golds gym brand. They run really really big, I bought an xl and should have gotten a medium.
