Starting to see a lot more definition. I’m pretty stoked! Gains are still gone but sh*t... I’ll get it back.

Speaking of butts...I have been training a girl from work in the mornings now that school is out. Decided today’s torture was legs/glutes. Legs have been achey day but now glutes are really feeling it! Should be a fun week! ?

Can’t remember if I told you guys but I’ve been experimenting with shoulders a little. I’ve always struggled with over-engaging my upper traps in shoulder work. So I came up with this exercise. Kinda inspired by meadows destroyer set and another front raise exercise I saw. I can feel it engaging all 3 muscles in the delts.

Unfortunately, this was the last set of the entire workout so shoulders were on fire- forcing me to pause several times but you’ll get the general idea. Lol

Let me know your thoughts.
 
First one kinda looks like a modified W press, which is one of my favorite finishers. Looks good to me!

Nice work. Those shoulders and arms look hella strong. I do a few lifts on a bench in this position as well. Can always feel a good burn after completing even the first set. How has your hip been holding up? I believe it was you dealing with the injury to the hip wasn't it? Keep up the good work!

Those look great and I have done them before as well, or something very similar. Always fun to play with different angles and see what happens to the movement with minor tweaks! I don't think I came in as much on the top portion though, left the weight just outside my shoulder to keep the tension on the side and rear as well as the front.
