Back in the groove, had to step away from the 3am workouts since friday. The 16-18 hour days caught up to me. Still was very very active with day job and lawncare. Had 2 awesome cheat days of nutrition on sunday and monday. Energy and strength was through the roof this morning.

Got a good deal in the ape juice and the sleeve buster, buy 1 get 2 free on each. Nothing really as far as energy or focus. Taste is very good as I combine them together. They are both grape, took 2 scoops of each. If anything , good taste and good pumps.

Thanks Rocket3015 ,nutrition got away from me over the weekend. Working hard this week to hopefully stay even, be very surprised if there are any losses this week. Suns out, weather is nice, money is flowing, makes it very easy to get side tracked on the weekends.

Nah, you will probably still make some progress... sometimes those high calorie days in the middle of a serious deficit make the fire burn a little hotter instead of the other way around. With your schedule I would be willing to bet that is the case.

I have notice I have been able to increase my calorie intake the past 2 weeks and still losing lbs on the scale. Gonna commit today for a good 5 day workout schedule this week. I have another bottle of TRUE SHRED in the mail. My goal back on Jan 1st, was 190lb. I started at 239, currently at 207. So far, the ALPHA LEAN/TRUE SHRED stack is awesome

Did 2 sets of biceps to failure this morning 60lb dbs down to 30lb dbs then standing preacher curls with cable 30 lbs to failure. Guns out!
 
60lbs db curls is pretty good! Definitely will get a pump going from 60 down to 30lbs.
 
Supps still the same daily
4 caps TRUE SHRED, I have a second bottle in route from the west coast to the east coast. Should be here any day. I will up my dosage to 6 caps a day
ALPHA LEAN, 1 cap a day. This stuff just never stops...Endless energy and focus all day. I'm convinced if I was to even think about 2 caps a day of ALPHA LEAN I would have to drop pwo. I would have to take 1 cap 3am and 2nd cap by 10am. Don't think I could handle the pwo with 2 caps
CANNIBAL RIOT, I'm at 2 scoops this week. The pumps are real, this is a solid pwo. You don't feel cracked out, very smooth. My hour and a half workouts are done before I even know it. I wish I had more time it seems

GET DIESEL COQ DIESEL. ..I take 2 caps a day Thursday - Sunday. Those seem to be my "lucky days" ...as stated before, the coq diesel works as advertised and you do not need to take it on a daily basis

Put in a 19 hour day yesterday in which 15 hours was exercise and labor. Needles to say, today is my "off day from exercise " still have a long day lined up. Can't wait for sunday to get here fast enough. Didn't schedule anything, I have devoted the whole day sunday for the family.
