You know to be honest I have no clue who is still in this thing.

Not sure if anyone saw me asking the other day but I was asking about prizes / awards. We were taking a consensus on how to award prizes and what not for a while and never came down to a decision. At this point I am not overly sure I want to jump through a ton of hoops trying to figure this stuff out.

My suggestions was if we are not going to make a big plan on this then just have everyone who offered something up choose who they think won, and send their product to that person. That way If only 1 person gets everything they were a clear cut winner, otherwise it is likely that first, 2nd and 3rd place would be automatic in that regard simply because people would be making their own choice. So if 4 people picked one person and 2 picked another then we have a first and second place...

Now that doesn't take care of the Natty / Not natty thing, but if we are going to do that, then we need to come up with how we are going to do it. Otherwise I will pick my personal winner at the end and send them my bottle of 4DHEA, and everyone else can do the same.

For right now, everyone who is still in this thing respond and say so.
I like your plan.
Just have everyone put up the start and finish pic and if it was natty or not. and have the people putting up a product post there pick and PM them for there addy,
what I'm putting up is a natty booster so it could go either way.as well as most products. of course 4DHEA wouldn't go to a natty winner.

"Natty and young" should be equal to "old and enhanced". ;)

Mine was Alpha Bulk or Mass whichever the 4DHEA one was. chedapalooza offered up some Glycoshield or a stack or something. I know there is one post in here with almost all of this in it. I feel like there was a total of 8 but can't remember what the other was. Maybe I was just counting bottles and with @Mowgslim having two that would be 8. I feel like Whisky said he might toss in something but I can't remember.

I have decided to separate the prizes now between Natty and Enhanced and everyone will simply PM me their vote for each category at the end of the contest. No one can vote for themselves and other than that voting will be anonymous to anyone but me.

Natty - Re1gn, Test Booster, Coq Diesel, whatever chedapalooza was giving

Enhanced - Alpha Bulk - Vitamin B12, Lecheek AD-3 PCT, and X-Gels

I don't think we have had too many people drop out. I can't remember the name but the fighter guy hasn't been around much due to work but he seems to be killing it at all times anyway. LOL

I know HGP called it quits and went on a beast of a bulk.

In the end I hope that everyone who signed up puts up a beginning and final pic even if they didn't follow through and transform they way they wanted. It just means something when you commit to something. Even if you didn't get the job done, show the results of what you chose to do. That way if it makes you unhappy doing so you are less likely to allow yourself failure later. Hopefully everyone will hold themselves accountable to that even if they didn't make much or any progress toward the goal.

Yes on the test booster, and that is right, I do remember him putting up some bottles of that.

Since we already split things up then that will go to the overall winner. Whoever got the most votes out of both categories. If someone else tosses something in then we will be even and can assign to one or the other.

By the way guys, 2 days on keto down and I tightened up noticeably overnight. If I can keep up the planned pace through the 5th we are going to see some rapid changes.

By the way guys, 2 days on keto down and I tightened up noticeably overnight. If I can keep up the planned pace through the 5th we are going to see some rapid changes.

Well I am in "Top Secret Mode" now. No pics until the weekend of the 28th, and then the final is the following weekend.

Just kidding, I am not against taking pics before the 28th if there is something drastic to show you all. However if no changes that get me so excited i just have to share then I will hold off for the progress pics. Now if I were as lean as say Rocket3015 you all would probably see a few pics a week every week! :) Sharing is caring!

Just checking in here - I pretty much screwed the pooch. I don't want to make excuses - life came up. Things happened. Nothing bad - just life. I haven't even been on the board for a few weeks with the exception of 3-4 random posts. I actually had to take 2 weeks of from working out as well. I've pretty much stuck at 205 so, I got in - talked a bunch of smack and then turned into "that guy".

In spite of not working out I've still managed to maintain the progress I made strength wise. I got 375 X 12 last night on the deadlift which was a new record with that weight. I was hoping to have made more progress - but that's a solid 20 pound gain and with everything going wrong, I will take it.

I'm trying to catch up on like, 20 pages of this and the work in here has been amazing! You guys have all killed it. Very motivating to see and it will definitely help me get back on the horse. I am very impressed with everyone.

Looking Damn good Rocket, you really should have some cool pics taken by a photographer while you are like that. They can make them magazine quality and dial in everything so it shows the absolute best you. If this is the best you have ever been capture it and celebrate it. It is a massive accomplishment!

I would like to do that, but I doubt that I will.
All it takes is making the appointment... then have a nice solid record of one of the hardest things you have done in life. It would be a shame not to treat yourself to that. You would definitely appreciate it later. I get upset still that I don't have any professional photos of when I was in amazing shape. Heck if it is about money reach out to the photography classes in your local highschool. I know it is probably more about being inconvenient than anything right?

I am going to see how far I end up getting down but I assure you that if I get to your level I am having pictures taken. :) Still annoys me I don't have anything but progress pics of me in damn good shape.

Had a good weekend, kept the ketosis diet up. Supposed to have myself a "CarbNite" on Wednesday then right back to keto Thursday morning. Part of me wants to skip the carbnite and remain in keto but I know that it will actually be more beneficial for me to get that boost in leptin and metabolism.

Okay everyone have a question here, do we want to require pics this weekend, as well as the final pics next weekend or make this weekends pics optional since the final is next weekend?

Yeah looks like we are going to hold off until the weekend of the 5th. Judging will begin the following Monday morning.

Still here I guess. Old injury flared up last Wednesday. When squatting 135 shoots pain through the sciatic it’s time to leave. Been drinking since then, ugly truth. Some home crap too on top to deal with but whatever. Will try to get my shat together and work chest/upperbody this week so everything isn’t lost. Y’all are lookin good though, some serious work is being seen in this thread.

I guess I can't complain too much waist line is staying the same and adding weight. I wanted to lose fat but these weekend softball tournament travels are killing my diet. (This is my story and I sticking to it)

Nice job on the Push up challenge!
Wish I could do a push up. I remember (a long time ago) knocking out 100 every morning.

Thanks! It was a humbling experience since I hadn't done it in so long. I used to be able to do over 100 nonstop and good ones too. I have no idea what my 2nd attempt ended up being.
