I think, the only non-invasive way is to fill up with muscle mass to straighten the skin out.

Putting on 20lbs of muscle would do the trick, I bet. Judging by your ability to get lean fast, you could do the opposite in about 4-5 month, I bet.
 
Just stay lean for a little bit and it will shrink up some. Probably not all the way but still. Also one at your point,the leaner you get the less obvious it becomes because the loose skin is then paper thin.
 
Their are things you can do to make it shrink up temporarily lke for a special event or picture but otherwise just remaining lean for a while will allow it to recover as much as it can. Stuff that increases GH might also be beneficial.
 
I lost 85lbs in my 20's and had no problem now in my 60's I lose 10lbs and it's a problem. Oh well, I'm happy and healthy !!!

If you do it right I don't think you should lose much if any muscle. As long as you don't try to start rushing things you should be solid!
