I don’t anticipate any increase in strength with calories being fairly low but if I can come close to maintaining, I’ll be happy!! I will say that it’s quite interesting to attempt to use my wrists to rub in the Exotherm! Lol

Mine range from 13months to 18, so that's why I'm 34 but look about 60I keep wondering if I’ll get a surprise several years down the road! Lol it’s enough with them almost 7 years apart! Can’t imagine another one! My hubby’s mom has 5 Total now ranging from 45 to 22.
