Thank you! He seems ok. No fever...Just got sick once and has been wanting to eat nonstop like usual. Doing my best to keep it smart choices to prevent any extra bouts.

Not too bad for about 30 mins.
 
Happy Friday guys! Started FD2 and Exotherm this morning. Weighed myself for the first time in over a month bc I knew Christmas was detrimental to the weight I had lost. Luckily, I was actually slightly lower than before! Woohoo! Starting weight is 161

I’m starting the FD2 at 2 pills fasted before training and 1 in the evenings. I will monitor to see if I have blood sugar issues and adjust from there if I do. I was fine this morning but I did have a small handful of trail mix about an hour before training since I went later today.

The Exotherm I will do 2 squirts in the am before training and 1 in the evenings. I will use my wrists to apply for better absorption as well as rotating my application areas. (Upper chest, neck, delts, and inner thighs)

Went to my old gym today! It was nice! The leg press seems to target the vastus lateralis and medialis better vs mostly feeling it in the rectus femoris. Plus you know how I love the glute/ham raise machine!! Lol

my mom did hair out of our house growing up. when she retired she still did 2-3 a day. some long time customers and family are hard to say no to.

So true! I think that has been the hardest part about stopping. I love making people happy and seeing that expression on their face when they see it! That’s the best part!! All of the hours and hours or work just to see their face light up!

Back to my quick workouts this morning! Dosing with the FD2 has been good. No issues with blood sugar or anything! I am feeling good strength/energy/endurance wise as well! I don’t anticipate any increase in strength with calories being fairly low but if I can come close to maintaining, I’ll be happy!! I will say that it’s quite interesting to attempt to use my wrists to rub in the Exotherm! Lol

Using the wrist to rub it in is a challenge. Only works on the abs, chest for me! or top of the feet for me. I cant even reach my shoulders with my wrist.

I keep wondering if I’ll get a surprise several years down the road! Lol it’s enough with them almost 7 years apart! Can’t imagine another one! My hubby’s mom has 5 Total now ranging from 45 to 22.
Mine range from 13months to 18, so that's why I'm 34 but look about 60
 
Trained shoulders again yesterday. It was a good workout. Today, I threw a baby/wedding shower for 2 of the girls at work. It was fun...headed to the gym about noon to train legs. Workout was decent but my exercise options seem to be decreasing quite a bit. Really going to have to figure out how to train to improve my hip pain. This junk stinks!

Still getting Nice leg work in. That hip has got to be in the back of your mind when you are training legs.Got to keep you from killing it. I know I have a hard time killing it when I can feel my shoulder pain.
