I am now on day 31 of my new run of FD2 at 3 caps per day, i seem bigger overall since using it as the only change i have made, pumps are great for back, arm and chest workouts, strength is on the increase as well, it has been working well with re-feeds.
Vascularity has increased in shoulders and chest, i have been measuring body fat with calipers every sunday after weighing with Parillo Method 9 point caliper test which has shown a slight decrease in body fat.
I don't know if the 7 point Jackson/Pollock is a better choice though?
