Looking good GHP! I hadn't noticed the fact you were running MT2 and was looking at how dark you looked like WTH? Then saw a little further that you are running MT2 at 1g a day. How many shades darker do you think you can get now, and have you noticed a big difference with the color of your moles or freckles with the prolonged use of it?
 
Day 12.
Today was a holiday here, gym closed.

The good news is, I got compliments from friends, a lot...
Meaning, my effort shows.

What I noted on MT2:
-over time you have to inject more -or more frequent to stay dark
-effect on libido -or anorexia does NOT diminish for me
-moles are THE FIRST to get darker, skin follows
-penis is darker than anything else, giving me a black dong, I'm not kidding -don't ask for pics to prove it :)
-getting darker is dosage dependent, if I would take more than 1mg/day, I would punch holes in the walls of my house with my d1ck

Day 13
Long weekend for me, due to a national Bananaland holiday (no idea whats that day about, I assume "Enslavement of indigenous population by Spanish conquistadors celebration" -or some other incoherent sh1t).

Anyway, I broke a bit with the diet, mainly alcohol and soft drinks -while watching protein intake.
Now I'm back on track, fasting until after the workout.
 
Nada. My guess is BP may rise further into the cycle.
Gotcha. At 25mg a day, I was getting massive headaches every couple days. But, the results were awesome too. I have a bottle here I'm debating on breaking into while I do this last couple months of physical therapy.

I think the only side I ever got from running Osta was a loss of libido the first time I ran it because I ran it alone and it shut me down. Other than the shutdown I never experienced any negative side effects. I ran that all the way up to 40mgs.

Sh1tty gym day

The alcohol over the weekend took its toll.
Felt weak and useless at the gym despite taking a pre-workout stim.

There is a psychological component to workout quality.
Had a short altercation by phone with my useless lawyer, guessing that's drained my energy.

I don't know how lawyers are perceived over there in the US. Here, a lawyer is a necessary illness. You hope you will never get one -until you need one.

I ran Osta at 3 mg (the clinical trial dose) just for maintenance. I noticed improved digestion and moderate nutrient partitioning effects from it. Also a bit of recomp after a couple of weeks. The trial ran for 12 weeks and showed almost no impact on the health markers (at that dose). I got blood work done after 4 weeks and no elevated ALT (which one test subject exhibited during the trial) and only positive impacts on prostrate, kidney and lipids (although all lipid values went down, which is good, that "all" included HDL as well). At that dose it seems to be a good staple supplement (with real world human trials behind it). I am looking to stack it with an andro run here shortly, to see how well it counter acts the impacts the andros have on lipids.

EDIT: I just double checked the labs and my ALT actually went down (4 points, from 20 to 16) after 4 weeks of Osta

Scale says I gained weight, WTH? Have to do more cardio. Noted that I have slight doms in the chest, meaning that my half azzed workout did something.

You might lose more weight if you actually eat more.

I had a hard time with this concept. However, I found I lost more weight while eating 4000ish cals of healthy food then when I was eating 1700 cals(again all healthy).

It's about finding the balance though, I tried more cals and gained weight. Lower amount cals wasn't enough to keep my metabolism high enough, so I put on weight. 3800-4100 was my "sweet spot" anything above I would put on fat. Anything below I would put on fat until reach at 1800ish cals.

Not to mention you will be able to lift better and be stronger and still make gains. I don't buy people saying recomp is impossible. I actually notice I lost more fat when I tried "recomping" at my 3800-4100 cals range of healthy foods. As I sped up my metabolism. I truly believe if you are eating right and training even decently it's actually easier.

But what do I know I'm currently a fat fuker right now. Mix of injuries, college life, being broke does not make losing fat easy. Although my shoulder is doing better.

May be true for you, I too had an awesome metabolism in puberty.
Not true for me, its an age thing, slowed down metabolism. All I did the last 2 years was recomping -but trying to cut. My weight stays always the same, because the gained muscles are as heavy as the fat I lost.
I gonna keep doing what I do, it may take more time.
If I were a car, I would be incredibly fuel efficient, LOL!

Brother, if you are eating so little, don't worry about it. This happens all the time. It is water weight. This is why having a plan and sticking to it is so important. If you know you are doing everything right, then don't worry about the scale. It is just a measuring tool.

Usually what happens is you do everything right and inexplicably gain a pound or two...or weight loss just stalls...and most people give up and say it doesn't work. But have faith and keep going and in 3-5 days you will suddenly lose a bunch of weight all at once.

I can't imagine eating even 3000 calories a day and not getting fat. Oh, wait, I don't have to imagine.

Haha. No worries man wasn't trying to make you change anything. Just talking with captor ;). Haha I also believe, that thing these are very individualistic; and that gut bacteria and insulin response effect what makes a "perfect diet"- and those things are literally different in everyone.

I have also tried 2 weeks keto, followed by 3 weeks fasting, into 2 weeks keto then back to regular dieting lead to rapid weight loss. I didn't like it as it messed with my lifting when i was doing it. Yet it has numerous health benefits other than weightloss. Just make sure you are keto adapt before going into fast or it is torcher. But that third week in fast is awesome brain function is insanely high, depression and anxiety are gone, euphoric, and almsot spiritual.
 
Just watching the show! :) HGP, you should try just weighing yourself once a week on a Wednesday, that is far enough away from the weekend that any cheats should have fallen off, and Wednesday is considered the best day to get a true reading according to a few articles I read recently. Something to do with the adjustment between the weekend off and working during the week makes Wednesday the ideal time for a true weigh in. Trying to measure by the day is just going to make you nuts due to hormonal swings and what not causing changes in your hydration and or inflammation levels.

Just a workout that causes some inflammation can raise your weight by increasing the interstitial fluid levels due to inflammation.
