My Radiate showed up the other day and I just got the chance to try it out. I stuck my finger in it and was the flavor was actually pretty good. Mixed up a full scoop (I might have a stim problem) with about 8 ounces of water and it didn't taste as good. Will probably cut the water in half next time. Now normally, I don't sweat much. It's gotta be really hot out before I even break a sweat, so I really wasn't expecting much. Drove to the gym from work and noticed that I was beginning to sweat a little while changing clothes. Got on a treadmill and did about 10 minutes warmup, then HIIT for 30 minutes (2 minutes @ 8mph, 1 minute @4 then 2 @ 9mph then one at 4, lather rinse repeat. Before I began the HIIT, I was sweating. Halfway through it I was dripping sweat. Unbelievable!! Finished the cardio and went over to the weights and just did a quick back and biceps workout for about 30 minutes. Still feeling good, and wanted to continue, but today is my 33rd Anniversary, so I figured I should probably get home.
Like I said, I'm a stim whore. With the OL Bloodshred I take 2 heaping scoops. Radiate didn't leave me cracked out at all, just a steady feeling of needing to do something, which surprised me also. I wasn't really expecting much from this. Turned out I was wrong. There's only a few supplements that I'm confident enough with to recommend, and now Radiate is definitely one of them. If anyone is looking for a fat burner, I'd make sure you pick some up. If anyone wants to try some OL Bloodshred Raw, let me know. I've got 3/4 of a tub that I'll probably never use. Love it man! We appreciate your feedback so far. Can't wait to hear how things go 4 weeks down the road. I usually mix a scoop with 10oz of water and a few ice cubes. There is something about adding ice that activates the flavor for me a little better. Give the ice a shot if you can.
