SFreeds 8 Weeks to the Beach cut

My Radiate showed up the other day and I just got the chance to try it out. I stuck my finger in it and was the flavor was actually pretty good. Mixed up a full scoop (I might have a stim problem) with about 8 ounces of water and it didn't taste as good. Will probably cut the water in half next time. Now normally, I don't sweat much. It's gotta be really hot out before I even break a sweat, so I really wasn't expecting much. Drove to the gym from work and noticed that I was beginning to sweat a little while changing clothes. Got on a treadmill and did about 10 minutes warmup, then HIIT for 30 minutes (2 minutes @ 8mph, 1 minute @4 then 2 @ 9mph then one at 4, lather rinse repeat. Before I began the HIIT, I was sweating. Halfway through it I was dripping sweat. Unbelievable!! Finished the cardio and went over to the weights and just did a quick back and biceps workout for about 30 minutes. Still feeling good, and wanted to continue, but today is my 33rd Anniversary, so I figured I should probably get home.

Like I said, I'm a stim whore. With the OL Bloodshred I take 2 heaping scoops. Radiate didn't leave me cracked out at all, just a steady feeling of needing to do something, which surprised me also. I wasn't really expecting much from this. Turned out I was wrong. There's only a few supplements that I'm confident enough with to recommend, and now Radiate is definitely one of them. If anyone is looking for a fat burner, I'd make sure you pick some up. If anyone wants to try some OL Bloodshred Raw, let me know. I've got 3/4 of a tub that I'll probably never use. Thanks to FireTitan and MonteCedillo for the chance to try this out. Amazing product you guys have here!

Love it man! We appreciate your feedback so far. Can't wait to hear how things go 4 weeks down the road. I usually mix a scoop with 10oz of water and a few ice cubes. There is something about adding ice that activates the flavor for me a little better. Give the ice a shot if you can.

Will do! I'm still gonna try it with less water. It's pretty well known that my taste is odd.

I'm actually a little surprised at how well it was working. And can't wait to see how it goes taking it regularly. Thanks brother!!
 
Alright guys, time for that anniversary dinner with the wife. Not sure how this is gonna go, cause I sure ain't hungry thanks to the Radiate. Guess I'll save some money!

Its a Thermogenic...a REAL Thermogenic!! However, the energy and focus it gives you makes it great as a PWO. As for fatloss...follow my log on the weight loss section. I was already losing weight, but the rate at which its dropping has been ridiculous sice Ive been dosing Radiate twice daily...Trust me

Do you have issues sweating? I'm thinking about doing the two a day dosing, but would have some issues if it's gonna make me sweat through my shirt at work. Might have to try a lower dose and see how that goes.

I guess it depends on how much Activity you do at work. Obviously if you have an active job then yes you will sweat. However, maybe a half scoop before work and then a full scoop before workouts? I tend to be an easy sweater anyway so it's hard for me to judge for you.
 
I have been doing a half scoop in the afternoon and I sweat a bit extra than normal, but nowhere near what I do in the gym when I use it.

I set on my ass at a desk. Took a scoop one morning and I had to turn the A/C up because I was sweating. But I also sweat pretty easy.

Id try it brother....at least once so you can see the difference. My weight loss has skyrocketed since going to 2 scoops!

I'll definitely give it a shot. Probably start with 1/2 scoop to see how it goes.
 
Added the Evomuse DCP in starting today, and learned the hard way that it's not meant for an empty stomach! It burns!!!! Finally drank some whole milk, which took care of it. Hit the gym in the afternoon after healthy scoop of Radiate with ice this time. Does make the flavor wake up a little. Another sweaty session! Really liking the effect this stuff has on me! And here it is, almost 17:30 and the only thing I've had to eat so far today was the coconut oil, BCAA'S and some sardines. This stuff, combined with the Assassinate pretty much stops my hunger.

Today was back on the HST after a week of decondition. Quick outline, for those who aren't sure, HST is an 8 week program divided into 2 week periods with 6 workouts per. First period is 15 rep max, second is 2 sets of 10 rep max, third is 3 sets of 5 rep max. Week 7 is negatives and week 8 is drop sets. First workout is 75% of max, then 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and then 100%. The exercises for this round is 45 degree leg press, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises, Seated Cable Incline Flies, DB Hex Press, Decline DB Press, Machine Flies, DB Lateral Rise, Upright Cable Row, T-Bar Rows, DB Shoulder Press, Front DB Rise, Cable Face Pulls, Hammer Curls, Incline Curls, Spider Curls, Overhead Tricep Extensions and FireTitan triceps.

I dosed my Radiate about 30 minutes prior to hitting the gym. Did 15 minutes warmup on the treadmill, then 15 reps of the above exercises at 75% of my 15 rep max. I was really feeling it today. Was one of those days that you just feel awesome! With the Radiate warming me up and giving me some focus, I decided to run through the workout again! Then hit the treadmill for some intervals. 4 minutes at 7mph 10 incline, 3 minutes at 4mph and 3 incline for 30 minutes. All together, spent 2 hours and 45 minutes at the gym, and was still on it when I walked out!! Epic Day.

I'm really loving the Radiate as a pre-workout. Appetite suppression is great (probably a little toogood, honestly) and of course the Thermogenic part of it is up there too. Some really amazing stuff. If you guys haven't tried it, I'd highly recommend you pick some up!

DCP on an empty stomach is killing me! Looking like I either need to quit the IF diet or give up on the DCP. Even with milk the heartburn is still there. Not sure how much longer I'll be taking it.
