Every year on April 1st we see some crazy stuns, pranks, and jokes. April Fools is known for cruel situations in and out of the supplement industry. Quest Pizza Bars? 5lb Tubs of non-stim pre-workouts, Cat based supplements, and joking with your best friends on things that are not true but playing it off as they are.

So How can you win????

How to Win in this promotion:

If Chosen:

- Provide an initial review & Final Review
** Taste (How did it alter based off liquid and powder used)
** Mixability (How Much water you used and how many scoops.. Vary your amount)
** Formula (Dislikes/Likes)
** Workout Performance (Did you notice better recovery, performance, or endurance in your training or cardiovascular activities)

Dosing:

- Xtend: take 2 servings per day (prefer around your workout.. I always Suggest 1 Pre and 1 Intra)
or dose both intra-workout.

- Quake: 1-2 Scoops. Please assess tolerance with 1 scoop before increasing. Take notes on what you feel in both a fasted and fed workout state.

- Flexatril: 6 Caps for 7-10 Days (Loading), then 3 caps after.
Split 6 caps into AM and PM Dosing periods (3 caps AM, 3 Caps PM). Once loading is finished take 3 caps one time during a meal.

Things to Consider:

- Throw in different intensity techniques, shorter rest times, and other forms of cardio. This will help gauge recovery, endurance, and performance during your run of the supplement

Pornhubs april fools day joke this year.... When you clicked on a video a window popped up that looked like facebook and said "thanks for sharing!" I almost had a freaking heart attack
 
I'm really disappointed I dropped the ball this year. I've wanted to do it for a while, but still haven't. I promise it's happening next year.

I want to get a small melon and paint it like the medicine balls in my gym. I want to sneak it in and wait til someone does the wall throw to watch it splatter LOL

Never experienced an April Fool's joke or can't remember... Google had a Hasselhoff photobomb that they did in 2014 which was pretty funny to read about.

My wife got me good this year we have 2 sons kaiden 2 years old and axel 9 months old her period was late this month so I've been teasing her about being pregnant yesterday morning I wake up with a pregnancy test on my dresser with a positive reading I'm like babe for reel ur ****n me right this is a joke she's like no I went and bought a test I was like well Ok here we go again I gave her a hug and she whispered April fools I was like u got me good it was an old test shes been keeping to get me with
 
We don't have Krispy Kreme here in Canada but I actually did this with a box of Tim Horton's donuts at the faculty staff room yesterday lol

I haven't tried flaxtril or quake yet but I can vouch the xtend perform is an AWESOME intra-workout BCAA product. The black cherry flavour is out of this world good.
 
Went to my league bball game tonight because 3 guys didn't show, so we only had 7 and I knew I would get a good run in. No lifting because my parents were here til afternoon, so 2 scoops of Perform during the game (1 scoop Max Reps pre) and it's just so easy. Drenched in sweat, but can outrun dudes 60 pounds lighter and 10 years younger with ease.

The size is exaggerated for comic effect and looked more realistic in person. I made it using a toilet paper roll, water and hair product...it was a great prank.

They also don't know they can go to a bakery and get a real cookie, and drink a protien shake and get a better experience at the expense of less calories.

However, when I'm eating those, it's because they're lower cal replacing much more delicious ice cream.

If Pop Tarts are supposed to be the "healthy" version of something, let me know what the alternative is and that's what I'll eat ;)

You can easily make them yourself (poptarts).
But there is always room for Real ice cream
