Up since 5, worked both jobs, and now at the gym. I think the motivation is coming back. Diet is also good. :)

I really enjoy intermittent fasting, y'all. Mornings are a bit tough but I really like not eating 80% of my calories by noon and not snacking.
 
You know? If tou can do it and love what youre paying for....I thinks its great. Im a fireman...im lucky to not be riding a tricycle!!

Exactly would rather pay more and love it than not have something I enjoy.... just have to keep the speed down hahaa
 
I really enjoy intermittent fasting, y'all. Mornings are a bit tough but I really like not eating 80% of my calories by noon and not snacking.

First 2 weeks or so were hard for me to get used to (dealing with hunger in the mornings), but after that, my body adapted and it was great. Was really nice to be able to eat bigger meals and it also made going out/being in public easier to swing, too (assuming your window is in the right time frame -- I had mine set up so I could always do lunches and dinners).

Today has been really difficult because I did a fasted circuit training this morning, but I have to stay focus because the pros outweigh the cons.

Y'know, I'm sure we're all different and as odd as it is to me, I seem to not only perform better, but more importantly (to me), get better results from training fasted. I'll do the exact same workout (same laps and sprints in between, etc.) whether it's 5 AM or 5 PM, but obviously I've already eaten for the latter. And the mirror changes seem to be very different when I train fasted (pre-workout before and Xtend Perform drank during).

Never would've thought that would be the case since I used to get sick whenever I'd try to lift without eating in the mornings lol and those were far less intense workouts, too. Crazy.

Yes, it's crazy how differently we react to it. If I eat anything like nuts before a workout, I will get sick. It turns my stomach. And I can only fast and work out in the am, I would have no energy if I did it in the evening.

I tried that the other day and it made me hungrier. So it's just tons of water and maybe gum. I'm down 8.5 lbs already so I'm pretty excited. :)
