Incline bench wide - 240 8/8/8
Bench press - 6/6/x
Lat bar - 160 8/8/8
Dip - 10/8/8
Rope curl - 140 8/8/8
Shrugs - 50 8/8/8
Leg curl - 150 8/x/x
Pec fly- 140 8/8/8
Reverse pec fly - 100 8/8/8
An isolator - 130 8/8/8

Give yourself the credit. You are sticking to a plan that is not normal for most and doing all the hard work.
Want I want is every time you walk buy a mirror hit a different pose, and tell yourself you are the sh'it! But only until your next workout. If you don't hit a PR you must do the opposite. Look in the mirror and break yourself down. Something like you ain't sh'it, or dam I look like a piece of ..........

Thanks dude. It was on the hammer strength machine but I could do it if I had a spotter. I don't know why I can do incline so much better than regular bench. Maybe its my shoulder.

That's crazy!!! Incline wide fcks my shoulder up bad.
 
I'm actually the same with incline. As or maybe almost stronger. I think it's two fold a) because the ROM is a bit shorter and b) I can and do arch my back a lot more

What would you recommend weight wise? Skip to 90% 95% and 100% or do something like 75% 85% 95% 100%?

On your negatives just due 2-3 sets of each with 5-8 reps. And just try to increase a rep or weight. Each workout.
On the drop sets you will need to set it up ahead of time. Only one set of each but try to drop about 5-6 sets. You may have to change some of your lifts to accomplish this with out a partner. Dumb bells or machines may work well.

Will do. I did the first negative session but forgot to post it. Did 2 sets of 3 second negatives with 8 reps each set.
