Chest Barbell

Decline 155lbs/10sets

Incline 155lbs/10set

Flat 175/8sets

Upright Rows Ez-bar 50lbs/7sets

I took 6 Epibeta, 3 Ostar1ne, and I had a Massive Pump in the Pecs,Shoulers,and Arms! Tomorrow will be Shoulders and Back Attack..

Ok. That's it. I don't even know why I bother logging when you are so much better. Haha. 1 day, 3 pages, and already as many sets of work as I do in a month.

Yeah having a full lifestyle change is the only way to get any success...that's why people get discouraged when they gain back the 20 lbs they lost on their diet.. they simply don't get that you gotta change everything.

Gotta change your relationship with food too... I'm getting to were I don't give a fck if it tastes good.. I just want my macros... the other day my lunch was sardines in jalapeño oil, broccoli, Greek yogurt, and an apple... fcking gross when you think about it..
