Did 3.5 miles this morning using SNS Yohimbe and Absolutely Abliderated.. I will only use Yohimbe and AA on cardio days, and every Saturday I will do cardio in the morning and 8hrs later I will do weight training and dosing Epibeta 4caps and Ostar1ne 2caps..

I love yohimbine... I've always gotten fast results with it. What are you dosing it at?

Also.. looks like your dosing 2 osta caps in the evening... are you taking 1 cap with the yohimbine in the AM?

I hate yohimbine. It destroys me. Alpha-Y on the other hand, is tolerable. Not sure how big the SNS caps are - but 1-2 mg is about my limit. It's just too much for me and makes me sick and gives me the most insane insomnia. I have literally been awake for 2 days straight after a single dose of the stuff.

That's crazy you get those sides... I actually take Rx amphetamines for ADD (been on since the 90's) so I'm really sensitive to stims in preworkouts etc.... For some reason Yohimbine up to 12.5mgs doesn't bother me at all... goofy as hell really. I actually don't notice any effects except rapid abdominal fat loss... no stim feeling at all

I'm the same way. Stims generally have a very mild effect on me, if at all. Probably destroyed my endocrine system with being fat all those years.

Yohimbine is fine for me. But interestingly, alpha-yohimbine aka rauwolscine, destroys me. I tried AlphaBurn and I got really shaky, clammy, nauseous, and the one that killed it for me, I couldn't stop dribbling pee for hours. Super weird. I tried OL Bloodshr3d too. Same issue. I halved the dose and the sides are manageable. But then it didn't seem to be effective.

That is really weird....but I think Matt is coming out with a smaller dose per cap because some people are like that.

Yep, I think that some people have issues with that dosage, but based on the Bloodshr3d experience, I think even minimal doses are an issue for me. I just find it ironic that I can totally handle the original that many people have issues with, but the "safer" one is no good for me!

I'd do the 6 week challenge but am worried of burning through too much LBM going for 18lbs. I gotta be patient lol. Also this summer I'm recomping on test, dermatrest, T3 and Anavar... so I'll hopefully be leaning out whilst gaining some LBM.

I had a great Workout at home this morning! Weight is down 6 pounds from yesterday.. My dosage yesterday and today 7/Epibeta and 2/Ostarine..

What's so crazy about this cycle is I am seeing new veins where the sun don't shine.. It's the truth and I am not trying to be incorporated here just stating the facts.. Tomorrow will be Chest and Back at the Gym..
