Haha thanks , I'm gunna have to be strict with my diet but I got a feeling it'll be alright
Goal is set end cycle at 222-224 at no more then 15% gunna be tight since I'm 213 with 14% right now which means at very minimum 6 of the 10lbs I'm hoping for must absolutely be muscle . (223x15%=33lbs 213x14%=29lbs incase anyone's wondering what I did lol) so cardio and diet will be on point I will force myself , and beat myself if I have any kind of slip. Like with a branch, I will whip my own back lmao. And then when I cut after pct I'll have no need to go back below 210lbs to be right around 10-11% . I'm being anal I know but at this point it's mandatpry
 
In the end this type of attention to detail is what'll help you achieve your goals. Without you don't even know what in the hell is REALLY working.

BTW, you added some good, quality size to your back. I know you thought of it as a weak spot and you did a good job bringing it up

Yeah man, it's weird cuz when cutting I can be so damn strict with my diet but with bulking I just eat and eat and eat , yes out of my 49 weekly meals atleast 40 of them are still clean but those other 9 plus all the stuff I throw in "cuz I'm bulking so it's just extra cals which is good" throws it off. Lol if j could learn to be just as strict I'd be golden

My biggest weak point is the weekends. No schedule of any kind, not feeling like I am fcking up my families fun by trying to stop every couple of hours to eat

I can normally count my weekend calories by adding them up from menu board....lol that will be changing soon, though

And if I have a "blessed" body part, it is arms. I don't do curls because of damn elbow issues and still have an actual peak. So that is good...haha

Lmao that was the toughest to change. My girl loves eating out , her entire family does it's what they do all day long haha. Luckily for me she stopped eating most meat (not for any dumb reasons, it's an actual health situation) so it's harder for her to eat out which keeps us in the house so that actually helped a lot but we still end up at some restaurant atleast once during the weekends . Once I was able to control the weekends my cuts became a lot better , I'm able to be strict as hell and depending on how low calories I'm at I'll have a cheat once every weekend or every other weekend.

And don't ever take the peak for granted lmao whenever you do think about me, I've done every "build a peak" workout but my arms just don't have the shape wish I knew why lol and by why I mean why I was cursed with these genetics lmao
 
Nice. And I know bout dem blood drops. I was thinking about them when I was buying more Tr3st. I'm running Vicious Labs Geozine DMZ right now.

Hell of a workout today ladies. It wasn't crazy weight , crazy intense or anything but it felt GOOD . Everything went smooth, got through everything I wanted to do and ended right on time , 2 minutes earlier then necessary to be exact. Was able to wake up determined so got in earlier then planned. Aside from the results in the mirror and in the training another great thing has been the lifted energy , libido, mood overall quality of life I really see what the "on" feeling is like and I love it, that's not something I've mentioned but it's been great life is just better on test haha.

They're growing lol , IMO they're proportionate I can get them to grow somewhat easy just getting them to lean without shrinking will be a mission for me but for that id get a good trainer I'm sure I could do it . I put up a pic a couple pages back, doesn't do them much justice but it's there

If they are proportionate, I say go for it. See what the weight limit is for your height. At my height, 225lbs is the weight limit.

I think I'm right under 510 which would be 192 but if I'm over it'd be 200 so shredding down ~13-20 lbs would not too be bad for me (but I wouldn't want to yet) I would just need a lot of work on posing and a good training/diet coach. If I'm given a good game plan I'll follow it to the beat just doing it myself I don't have that exterior view on telling me what to tweak and what to do for optimal results
