No lol actually took 2 rest days this week. And the eating enough was from the lethargy from the msten it was making me feel like puking all day
 
I would have told you adding Msten on top of Winny wasn't a great idea, but I felt you needed to just see for yourself. Some guys just need to find their boundaries

Haha I hear you , and tbh I had a pretty good feeling it wasn't the best idea it was on impulse, but as you know , if we're not pushing it past the comfort zone just a little bit we ain't learning lol. My boy running with me he actually hasn't had a problem at all . That bastard is up another 8 lbs lol
 
Alright guys back to some workouts , yesterday was chest and tris , felt good , till my shoulder went snap crackle and pop again but not as bad this time , same procedure pounded it with the TENs and applied ice and heat . Felt better this morning might look into bpc . Last pin will be this week :( don't want it to end lol

Today was back , really focused on slow movements

That I will do haha , honestly thou 4 months off is not in the books for me I'll et bloods 6-8 weeks after pct and see where I'm at
And i have a shoulder workout for u i didnt post it yet it was a killer

Nice brother , I'll be on the lookout for it , just had a pretty good shoulder arm workout my self , shoulders are slowly getting back to normal was able to throw the 90s up for 6 . And ended with some killer BFR band arm training

Nothing makes me feel better and more aggressive then a deadlift PR had a crazy workout after went heavy as hell and 8+ reps on everything . I felt sh1tty going in too cuz I was so tired but I picked 415 up for an easy double threw on 435 and came up like butter . Yelling "fucc yeah light weight" at the top was just the icing on the cake lol

lmao I always say "light weight" before I max... I know whatcha mean though, when I break a dead PR I feel like King Kong... I got deads today... reading his makes me want to max out lol.

Lol that's by far been my best improvement this cycle I pr every time at this point haha
And he'll yeah with most other lifts its how I prepare my self for a pr but on deads ever since I hurt my back in the beginning of the year I actually just try and get my focus laser sharp, and actually mentally prepare to fail lol it sounds dumb but I tell myself ok if it's not moving I'll drop t and try again next week but then as I pick it up I yell all sorts of stuff haha specially at the top
 
I know exactly what you mean, trying a weight you've never done like that and just embracing the possibility of failure and going for it. Same feeling when you jump off a ledge into a lake or something.

I had never pressed this log at our gym because it's such a big awkward ba$tard, and today when I cleaned it up and it was sitting on my chest I was thinking "this feels heavy" but I just thought f it and went for it. Ended up taking it for an easy triple with more left in the tank!

You've gotta get comfortable being uncomfortable and just put yourself out there if you want your boundaries to expand. Way to get it.

Feeling great bro thanks ! Really struggling to force my self to come off but only reason I think I'll be able to mentally force myself is cuz I really wanna start my next cycle lol

Have you put anymore thought into cruising and blasting? Or are you not ready for that?
 
As much as I want to, I'm way too young lol I'm gunna do it just gunna get a couple more cycles under my belt first

Probably a solid idea. Especially if you want chillens at some point
