Sh1t bro, I feel you!I fuccing did it guys. I fuccing hurt myself today. Felt cloudy going into the gym no focus not sure why, said whatever just do it anyways. Put 3 plates on the bar after a good warmup and weight was feeling lighter then ever went down for an easy 6th rep and right back up the weight went down for a 7th rep still feeing light and went to go up and felt something very odd on the upper left side of my chest right above the chest and below the shoulder . Only way to explain it is sandpaper being dug into my shoulder and being scraped across my chest. After resting about 10 minutes I Dropped to 225 to see if I could keep going got 3 reps and said no way not happening , if it's not completely fucced I'm gunna make it if I keep going . Tried going to biceps still wasn't feeling good . Hit a 15 minute calve session and got the hell out . Really upset about this but I'll live , I'll just throw the tens unit on today and stay away from shoulders and chest work this week . I'm at the very end I'm gunna finish strong
