Alpha TESTs Earths Darkside (first cycle log)

I fuccing did it guys. I fuccing hurt myself today. Felt cloudy going into the gym no focus not sure why, said whatever just do it anyways. Put 3 plates on the bar after a good warmup and weight was feeling lighter then ever went down for an easy 6th rep and right back up the weight went down for a 7th rep still feeing light and went to go up and felt something very odd on the upper left side of my chest right above the chest and below the shoulder . Only way to explain it is sandpaper being dug into my shoulder and being scraped across my chest. After resting about 10 minutes I Dropped to 225 to see if I could keep going got 3 reps and said no way not happening , if it's not completely fucced I'm gunna make it if I keep going . Tried going to biceps still wasn't feeling good . Hit a 15 minute calve session and got the hell out . Really upset about this but I'll live , I'll just throw the tens unit on today and stay away from shoulders and chest work this week . I'm at the very end I'm gunna finish strong

Whatsup guys, sorry I wasn't on here at all yesterday. To be completely honest I've felt like trash the last two days . Since about Wednesday I started feeling "down" and it's gotten worse and worse, mix that with a crappy diet since Thursday , the shoulder problem Sunday and a tough 10 hour busy day at work by myself pretty much and you got a very sh1tty day . Sunday night my shoulder felt so sore it was waking me up throughout the night and when my alarm rang yesterday at 4 am I said fucc no, so yesterday was this weeks rest day. Today I had to pretty much threaten myself to get me out of bed and I had to really push through the workout. This is the most I've had to work mentally to get through. Still killed it but it was hard to keep going . Just did some back work heavy rows , rack pulls, pulldowns , more pulldowns and cable rows with just s few pullovers . I want nothing more then to stay home and not deal with humanity but I have to go to work . I'm sure ts a mix of everything but the msten has to be the source of the lethargy, which fuccing blows , this is such a sh1t feeling specially cuz I was feeling Godly before I added it in but like I said just gunna keep pushing

Just keep driving bud. Keep at it. If it is cycle lethargy, figure out how to take care of it. Injury downs are normal, but if you can still go to the gym, kill it man. Keep driving and don't give in. You didn't work this hard to let a couple of poop days drag you down. Keep manning up

So fkn sorry to hear brother. You'll do ok. My dumb ass didn't look at the date of the post, but regardless, I would think se tb500/bpc 157 would heal you up in No time. The tb will reduce inflamation, form new vessels to carry blood to site, and bpc will accelerate repair like a mofo.
Either way, I have faith you'll get it done and get better. Imo, just go high rep, lower weight when returning and you'll be surprised if you do enough of em, after getting comfortable of course, at the results. I'm done with all that 8-10 shiz. 15-20 now and loving it. Plus, that ultra pump will only help heal- more blood, more nutrients.

Winny creates micro tears in muscles and tendons. Prolly a tear, and I think I did something very similar to you. The only thing I could recommend out of knowledge and real world experience ce is to cease use of winny (switch to var if u have), and I can't remember if your on nandrolone or not, but that would great w it upping collagen synthesis 300%, and eq for connective tissues. Talking therapeutic dosages, not bb/ supra physiological ones. Again, just one man's opinion.
The peptides I would Def do. That's how Brady came back so fast after his injury last yr (Not a pats fan, just some info, that got leaked).
And yeah, mk/ gh wouldn't hurt either.

Just depends, but a full or partial pec tear is something that will follow you forever (more likely to further tear or detach again, likely pain pressing, disfigured muscle, etc). The people I've known that have had tears/detachments often get set back almost a year in terms of pressing strength, typically.

Lowering too fast falls under needing form work too - free fall benchers are the ones I've witnessed to have the most issues (besides guys who flare the elbows out too much).

Lowering the weight under control lets you store a lot of energy for the reversal, and keeps things safer. Stan Efferding talks about coiling your muscles up like a spring before you launch the weight back up - that helped me understand it a lot.
 
I'm dropping the msten fellas. Fucc this , I shoulda stuck to the original plan and not added sh1t I feel like garbage , I feel like I look like garbage, I haven't been able to eat cuz I'm so damn lethargic, my workouts are sucking big time and my heads all fucced up and clouded all day , I haven't even gained a pound the 2 weeks I've been in it fucc this, I'll save it for another time I guess , sucks to have fucced up like this at the very end
 
You might bounce back in a couple days if ya drop it... who knows man. Stay positive bro you've had great achievements this cycle!!! Anyway, it was a 1st legit cycle and there's a learning curve.

Ok felt much better today , not 100% but better so I'm not dropping it but I'm gunna try dosing at night because I dosed last night and felt fine today. Also this was pretty funny atleast to me . After legs I felt like I looked like small trash , still took my progress pictures , looked at them and was disgusted , fast forward 12 hours , looked at them now "OMG I'm a God" was my first thought lol, my mind is all fucced up Invalid Link Removed I know I'm not really a god but I felt good and I see visible results * (right now )

Msten would keep me wide awake if I took it too late, but if you can sleep on it good for you. I would try to take it preworkout but that could be too much on the liver at once w the winny I suppose
 
Been off the msten now last dose was Wednesday night , sh1t workout Thursday , had a better workout Friday and resting today, feel a hell of a lot better , it was tough guys I believe combining it with the winny was the culprit but it's cool I'll give it another shot next year I believe I'm gunna try it again cautiously with just some Test Prop and see how I react , depending on what kind of cycle I run. Diet has been a struggle the last two weeks but I'm fixing it, weight is still 211-213 in the mornings gunna do one last push so maybe I gain a little more these last 2 weeks (this upcoming Thursday will be my last pin , following Thursday will be last winny) , gunna raise cals and be strict with the diet. Really don't want to come off but seeing as weight gain stalled and I screwed up by jumping on the msten , maybe it's a good thing . Time off will suck but will just be looking forward to next cycle. Also, I want to add , feeling like **** might have been a good thing in a way , Ilifted every day (twice on Tuesday) but I went a lot lighter each day so I believe it was good to let my body heal some , my shoulder feels at 95% right now so maybe it helped lol. The week after last pin I'll be maxing out my lifts to see where I'm at so stay tuned ladies

Funny story about my dog duke my dad is a dog lover but hates pits when i brought duke home he said oh u got a pit bull!!! I said yeah but hes part great dane too we went round and round eventually my dad was cool and loves duke when duke was a year old my wife called me up i was at work duke was chokin bad on a bone my dad and i raced home from work to save him my dad was so upset that duke was chokin i tease him about it to this day

It's funny bro very similar with my mom . She hates rotts (to be fair she has a good reason) but when Igot my first one I was still living with her, yet he kinda grew on her pretty quick and now she does like him a lot . And just now I took the puppy to my moms house and at first she was like wtf ur an idiot but within 30 minutes she was saying she loves her and holding her lmao she's already texted me twice asking how she is
 
I have a pit, a deaf great dane, a chocolate lab, and 6 little dogs. Quite the adventure....haha
